Dr. Faison is compassionate, personable and very professional. She and her staff makes you feel welcomed and valued. No rushing through exams, she actually listens seemingly with her heart. She has a very gentle; kinda quietness about her, but you feel heard when you leave. I really appreciate that.

First time seeing this Dr because my Dr I have seen for 13 yrs retired. I mainly need to establish a new Dr and get Rx for my meds. She did say she was unable to write some because she did not have my medical records which is understandable. She told me to focus on the main thing I need to address. I told her. She told me to check out at front desk. Lady up front didn't seem to know what she was supposed to do. I asked if I am supposed to have an appointment. She didn't know and didn't seem to care to find out. Asked her if rx was being sent. She didn't know. Called medical assistant when I got home to make sure Rx had been sent and was told she didn't know. I might have to check in morning. Went to Walgreens. Apparently two meds were called in. One Rx was discussed with Dr and the other ( I didn't realize when picking up and having taken it) was one I have never been on,never discussed,had zero reason to be on. I mistook it as a possible generic brand of what I had expected. It did the opposite. I had a bad reaction. Never been on this medication and it has nothing to do with what I went to her for. Called several times this morning and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Finally was able to get in touch with medical assistant who put me on hold for Dr. Dr then claims that I called asking for Lyrica or Ambien. I didn't . I told her it must be another patient. I am borderline narcoleptic. Not currently depressed. Definitely do not want or need Ambien or Lyrica. I am also asthmatic which the Elavil , which she called in instead of my Adderall, specifically says may be an issue. When I told the Dr about this and said this needs to be resolved, she said she wouldn't be able to treat what I went to her for, which I discussed before making my appointment. No apologies for the mix up. Never asked how I am doing at all. Instead she said , "I don't give a damn and don't call her again" and hung up on me. Didn't even ask how I am doing. I am not doing well. I literally feel drugged. I highly do not recommend this Dr. I get the feeling the reviews below are from friends and not actual patients. I plan on filing a complaint and contacting my insurance. There is a reason her office was empty when all other Drs can't even take new patients. Run for your life.

First let me start out by saying my family and I just moved here in February of 2022. I was under another Nurse Practitioner care here in Montgomery, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience. I started seeking care for another Family internal medicine and someone informed me of Dr. Vanosia Fasion, MD. I made my first appointment with her for our entire family that consist of my husband and 2 young adult children. Dr. Vasion, listen to me and was very attentive and as well for my husband and 2 boys. She made us feel individualized versus addressing us as text book routine. Her plan was very self explanatory. I expressed with her some of my previous issues that only showed up through blood work. The things that she said she wanted to draw blood for was very understanding and the things I had expressed that my family had issues with, she also went ahead and tested those things as well. I now feel that my family and I are in good hands with someone who is capable of setting her patients apart from one another. I also want to give thanks to her nurses who are over the top kind and shows empathy. As a former principal/educator, I am very aware that every smile from anyone may have it’s difficult days, however the zest in these three careers are just not good to bring to work. I/we are so thankful and blessed the the Lord ordered my steps to this amazing Doctor and the many medical assistants who support her.

Dr. Faison is absolutely the best!!!.... Unlike many doctors, she actually takes the time to listen to all your concerns and questions!! She never leaves you feeling like anything was missed, nor like your concerns are irrelevant.... I HIGHLY recommend, as the doctor is very thorough, office staff is very nice & work to get you in & out.

Dr. Faison is an excellent Gp; she’s the first dr that not only cares about my physical health, but also cares about my mental health. She also checks my sugar levels every time I visit her. Easy to talk to and listens thoroughly to my concerns.

Dr Faison was great, she excelled in everything even when it came to making me comfortable. My only complaint is how hard it was to get my blood work results, which isn’t on her. I called to see when my follow up appointment was and I had no follow up. So if you see this doc thank you and I’ve been calling the office to reach you.

Dr. Faison was caring, concerned for my well-being as well as my health. She ordered my Bloodwork promptly and my visit to an Ob-gyn. The time she spent getting to listen to my concerns for my health is priceless to me. She is the best physician I have ever met. Also, the staff was very friendly and caring. All I have to say is, I'm glad to have Dr. Faison and her staff as my health care providers.
