I schedule a 1st time visit with this clinic and the people there was so warm. Starting with the Medical Professional at the desk Jerica. Very sweet young lady and professional. You can talk to her about anything . Then on to the DR. The man with anything you need help with, he was very knowledgeable and kind. This is a welcoming clinic and I’m looking to make this clinic my permanent primary care . Sometimes the more smaller and private clinics is the best..

Great experience so far, 2025 new patient . As a woman you have to have an annual yearly plan for bloodwork, mammogram, pap smear etc. This office was so easy as I am going through each referral. Highly recommend this office. You can call or text the number for a call back.

I relocated back to my hometown and had to find a doctor immediately.. so Citizens pharmacy (down the road) referred me. I couldn't be happier with the doctor as well as the staff entirely. They got me in the day I called, everyone was so kind, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very thorough, and is great about following up with your care plan, as well as the staff, they're great about following up you about appointment, labs,proscription and yes I could go on and on, really just grateful I found them. What a wonderful team they have!

This place is so disorganized and dirty . Drs won't follow through , billing will never answer the phone, make you sign papers and lock you into using there attached rinky dink pharmacy it's just a really bad experience and I'm hoping the health dept and the MMA WILL CONTINUE, as they have said, to monitor the Drs progress notes etc as they truly are incompetent and it's alllll about the $, not you.. the patient. Most 5 stars reviews are from staff/employees and paid Google reviewers.

In response to owners response.... no. I have the exact right place ...why are you trying to locate me as your patient because of a factual negative review? I make sure I can not be located as per googles agreement so you could not retaliate against me .. you are very negligent in your practice , disorganization proves that and are not there for your patients to take proper care of them. I am out of your practice and I hope others heed the ⚠️.

Excellent service at the Riverside location. The staff is professional and friendly.. Nurse Practioner, Sonya Remy listens and is very thorough. I trust her to make the correct diagnosis.
