I’ve been coming to this office for my entire first pregnancy so far and I’m beyond happy with the care I’ve been given. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen at my appointments and they never take very long. Everyone is efficient and kind. I’ve seen many different doctors here and have had a great experience with all of them. All of the staff at this office have made me feel comfortable and listened to. They explain things well and have put my nerves at ease. It’s also always very clean and quiet in here. Love everything about it, 100% recommend!

Dr. Haskett was awesome! He accommodated all of my birth requests for my repeat cesarean section. This was my easiest recovery out of the three surgeries. I didn’t have much pain at all. I appreciate the postpartum phone call the office does. I felt like he and the office was available and there to help if I needed it.

I could not say enough good things about this practice!!! I seen the midwifes for our prenatal care through to delivery. Every person working there was always friendly and helpful, taking the time each visit and interaction to make sure I was informed, concerns were answered. They ask questions so you can be in charge of your own health and your babies. Highly recommend Valley Woman's Health. The best delivery experience I have ever had thanks to our midwife Kathryn. You truly made our delivery experience beautiful with our 7th kiddo.

Went here for 2 of my pregnancies and had wonderful experiences. Went for my third pregnancy last week and had a good experience but was a week earlier than I thought. Advised by the doctor to come back this week for blood work, no appointment needed. Came in today and informed they no longer had a phlebotomist at that location, I needed to drive an extra 20 minutes to a new site.
What a disservice to your patients by not having a phlebotomist or cross training your MAs. Operationally, why remove an essential staff member without a plan in place for coverage? I asked if I could go the lab downstairs and have them draw, no. I asked if I could draw my bloodwork myself with their supervision - trained ER nurse, no. With a lot of back and forth I finally asked for a lab req to go somewhere else and even then they were hesitant to provide. I want to do my genetic panel, but they don’t know if they will have anyone available in the next several weeks to do blood draws. I’m forced to evaluate if I should continue care here if they can’t provide services necessary for their patients.

Janessa and Kathryn were both present at my delivery since I was pushing right during shift change. I felt so listened to and cared for during my labor experience. The midwives listened to my desires and helped me feel in control and apart of my daughters birth. I had a difficult repair that Janessa handled very confidently and quickly. I love my birth story and owe it all to my support team, including my midwives.

Figured I would share my experience to help any soon to be moms reading through these reviews looking for a positive experience!
I had an amazing labor and delivery, as well as prenatal care. When my water broke at 2am on a Monday morning, getting checked into the hospital was quick and calm. I was also pre registered, so I’m sure that played a key part in my check-in.
I chose to get the epidural after I found out I was only dilated to a 2. With my water breaking and a long ways to go till I was a 10, I was sure at some point I’d need to go on Pitocin so the risk of infection would decrease concerning my water breaking. I’ve always been super nervous and scared of an epidural but the anesthesiologist administered the epidural perfectly and my nurse, Liz, was exactly who I needed to help me stay calm next to my Husband. Labor was about 12 hours with 1 hour of pushing, and my next nurse, B, was fantastic at coaching me through pushing and making the experience calm and fun.
Dr Jones was my doctor who helped deliver my baby, and I was able to push my son out in one push from the moment the doctor came in. However, I did tear to the second degree, but now three weeks postpartum I feel pretty much back to normal movement wise and the stitches healed amazing, from what I can tell. I’ll go into my 6 week appointment at the end of this month.

Overall, I feel very thankful and lucky I had such a positive first labor and delivery. But I very much believe that is due to the health care staff I had. They all respected and supported my birth plan, even though I chose to change many of my ideals when I went in from getting the epidural to allowing a student to come in. I never felt pressured or discouraged in my birth plan.
Thank you Valley Women’s Health and American Fork Hospital!!

Dr. Jones did a fantastic job with my unplanned c-section. I was going through a lot of thoughts and emotions when I was told my baby’s heart rate was a concern. Dr. Jones was kind and patient with me, also very reassuring and empathetic. My little girl was delivered with the utmost care and we are all doing great!

Did. The birth experience was 10/10 with him and his calming presence helped ease my worries. Dr jones from this office delivered my last baby and was also very attentive knowledgeable and kind. I’ve met with a few others during the appointments and they were all amazing.

Dr. Jones was the first doctor I saw during my pregnancy, and from the very beginning, he made a lasting impression. As this was my first pregnancy, I was overwhelmed and uncertain about what to expect. Dr. Jones was incredibly helpful—always patient, attentive, and willing to answer every question I had. His support and reassurance truly made a difference in my experience.
As I neared the end of my pregnancy, I scheduled an induction with the hope that Dr. Jones would be the one to deliver my baby. However, at 37 weeks and 4 days, I unexpectedly went into labor. When I arrived at the hospital, I was informed that the on-call doctor would be delivering, and while I was naturally a bit disappointed, I was still overjoyed to be meeting my baby soon.
To my surprise and absolute delight, I was told just 35 minutes before delivery that Dr. Jones was on his way. He arrived just in time and was there to help bring my baby into the world. I was incredibly grateful to have him there in such a special moment.
The time, care, and dedication that Dr. Jones and the entire team at Valleys provide to their patients is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Valleys and especially Dr. Jones to anyone seeking compassionate and professional care during pregnancy

Impossible to make an appointment. I’ve tried several times. Each time they insist I talk to a nurse before making an appointment, send me a to a voicemail that claims they’ll call you back by the end of the day. I called at opening and around 3 when I hadn’t heard back. A true nurse line is not a call back line that takes over a day to call back. That is negligent and poor time management. Giving up on this place, especially given reading the reviews. Women’s health shouldn’t be this hard to access. Only giving 2 stars be she the front desk lady was sweet. *edit, they just called me back at 5:23 PM and left a voicemail stating a “nurse took care of me this morning”. Absolutely nobody spoke to me that morning.
