The urgent care staff were very accommodating and were able to get me checked in and seen within about 10 minutes of arriving. The nurses and doctors were all very polite and concerned about my care. While I was recommended to go to the ER to receive further treatment if my condition worsened, I was able to get some answers and initial treatment started after my visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Top tier service. Kind, professional, and compassionate people working there. You won’t regret going here. The doctor was truly amazing. The office is clean and beautifully set up. It was a fast process and when you’re sick you want someone to help you out quickly, which was truly amazing. 10/10

The assistants in the clinic were very helpful and friendly, the process of checking in was seamless and easy. I was just uncomfortable waiting in the waiting room for an hour considering there was only two people in front of me and I had scheduled an appointment. The doctor was amazing. There was been very friendly and very thorough. I would go back to this place again.

I can qualify this place as excellent. I used to fear going to urgent care because I had never had a good experience there. Doctors used to be rude and careless about patients. But this place is excellent since you’re in there; it is clean, organized, and concerned about safe contact procedures (mask, gloves, room temperature). Also, once you are in the room, the assistants are willing to help you no matter how long they spend with one patient, which is something significant for me because other places enter many patients and leave them alone in the room waiting for long periods instead of entering just the ones they can attend and dedicate for serving with quality (including other medical offices, not just urgent cares facilities)
The doctor was also very good at explaining, trying to figure out how to help me, and responding to all my concerns nicely. I’m glad I decided to go here, even though my health was not good. Empathy and kindness are things you need when you are feeling bad.

I had a great experience here. I went in on a Thursday night and was seen right away. I didn’t have insurance, and it was a lot less expensive than I was expecting. I had Dr. Daniel Eshaghian and he took the time to explain each result and answered all my questions and helped me make reasonable decisions for what tests I needed, especially considering I didn’t have insurance. He even gave me a few options of different imaging centers so I could compare prices. I was pretty anxious going it, but everyone was kind and I felt at ease very quickly.

The staff was very nice and professional and fast too. Office was clean and a covid test is given to all who walk in to the office. I would go there again. I couldnt make an appt to my regular doctor office so I was sent here.

I came home and called all my family and friends and said that this is the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to! From the first person who greeted me at the reception to the nurse to the extraordinary Dr, who did not wait to see us in the exam room, but came out to the waiting roombased on the issue of a possible concussion. Everyone was above and beyond professional and more importantly, caring about our situation. Thank you for the gift of health.

Dr. Karo was amazing. Very thorough in his assessment and explanations and I felt very well taken care of after leaving. He even gave me some tips and suggestions on how to handle things better myself next time to hopefully avoid the need for future visits.
