I went through the entire process for a hernia repair surgery with Dr. Maruyama. During the CT scan another problem was identified. Dr. Maruyama advised me that he made an appointment for me, with his partner doctor, and that I would see him after the hernia surgery.
The surgery was smooth but after being released I wound up back in the ER the same day. This was due to one of the incision spots just being difficult to bandage up. Dr. Maruyama came to the ER to expedite the process for my wife and I.
Subsequent follow up care was excellent. Dr. Maruyama is asesome! The office staff is terrific.
I’m now being treated my Dr. Ambe and again, everything is going well. He seems extremely knowledgeable and personable. I know I am in good hands.
This office is a gym for Clovis to have.

My sister had a surgery with them for a perforated apendicitis and got a nasty infection afterward. Her pathology results also revealed a further time sensitive diagnosis which they failed to inform her of for 1 and a half months!!!! Then when they broke the diagnosis to her they did so when she was alone!!!!! She shut down emotionally and didn’t know what questions to ask! When we called back to get more info they were annoyed and said we had to wait another 4 weeks for anything to be done!! Please contact the Medical Board of California to report! They are negligent!!

Dr. Gardikas is an AMAZING breast surgeon and provides FANTASTIC bedside manner! Her office staff, on the other hand, is abysmal at best. These folks have been incredibly rude in every contact I have had with them. These cold, unsympathetic bullies have no business providing service to cancer patients during the worst time of their lives. Shameful.

My doctor was awesome. Personal staff in office is terrible! Office staff gave me disability paperwork at my pre-op appointment, and was told that for s 25$ fee they summit all paperwork. My surgery was scheduled for May 22nd, I turned in completed paperwork on May 21st at there office. It is now the 6th of June and haven't heard a word from disability. Called office today and they informed me that they didn't summit my paperwork till May 29! This is unacceptable for me! I could have saved the 25 and mailed it myself. Thank you for taking 25$ from me under false pretenses that your staff gets right on the paperwork.

Have had to rely on my own internet searches to gain insight into the emergency surgery done on my mother. Due to Covid restrictions on visitors, my mom was the only person given any information and being so ill, it was impossible for her to retain all the details. No guidance on aftercare; what to expect, what is normal, what to watch for. And when symptoms of possible complication arose, her surgeon (Dr. Fedder) nor her doctor (Dr. Holmes) returned messages (2) or phone calls (4!) from myself or the home care nurse. Doctors refuse to speak with patients unless they are at a designated appointment.

UPDATE: My mom has a serious infection and is back in the ER. Maybe now the doctors will bother to look at her CT results?

This office miscoded their billing to Anthem Blue Cross and refused to resubmit it correctly. Then they sent it to a collection company. They have now reported the $186.00 bill as over $200.00. They scheduled me for a surgery prior to receiving approval from my insurance carrier as well. Exercise caution if using this facility.
**The lump they were going to remove is a knotted muscle. They were going to cut me open without any diagnostics being done. And Anthem contacted them again about being paid. They only want paid if its out of my pocket.

First impression - waiting area smelled so much like a port-a-potty I asked to wait outside. Dr. Ambe forcefully grabbed and tried to move the area needing surgery. While I winced in excruciating pain with tears rolling from my face looking in his eyes, he had the audacity to say "so you haven't mentioned any pain". I scoffed in shock. Then he asked me to do a sit up. I'm in this office for a recurrence of a hernia, really, a sit up? This place is a joke and a waste of your money. I'm in the process of filing formal complaints against this office. Read the reviews, go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would.

I loved this place its quite very nice. The staff was great very informative and attentive The gal Norma went out of her way to help us schedule. There's also a couple of women I don't know their names that were very friendly. My father really likes his surgeon.
