Excellent service by the staff at the Tucson office. The receptionist was professional and pleasant. The respiratory therapist was very knowledgeable and informative, going through every step carefully while asking pertinent questions throughout. Highly recommend.

In my second year with using Valley Respiratory Services after being forced to leave another Medicare approved supplier in another state for various reasons. It took some time to become a Valley approved customer, but once approved I have been satisfied with their service and ability to pick up my supplies without having them shipped and stolen in shipment. They maintain a good inventory. Also their representatives are most pleasant to work with. My last in person delivery to my home with a new CPAP machine was with an exceptional representative who communicated exceptionally. I have had no billing issues over the last two years. I highly recommend.

In my experience they need two things to improve their automated phone service.
First, add how long of a wait is it till a person is able to answer. Second, increase the time between the automated message so that the customer does not hear the same message over and over again.
I thought my visit in the office in Tucson with the therapist, Christian, was very good and appreciated the time she took to answer all of my questions and concerns.

I have had a very good experience with this business, both in sleep study and CPAP dispensing. Staff was friendly, very informative and professional at all times.
