Do not come!! here they made, me, 34 weeks pregnant, wait outside in the 90° weather when there were plenty of open seats inside. I can see if maybe all the seats were taken but they weren’t, I have attached the picture of plenty open seats.

I have never liked this place they make you feel like an inconvenience and when you get there they make you wait two hours after your appointment time to even see the doctor one of them waiting in the waiting room and the other waiting in the room.

First time visiting! And let me tell y’all it was just perfect, didn’t even feel like a first appointment. I was so comfortable and relaxed, had a a great interaction with the doctor and the staff was also very welcoming.

If I could review this place less than 1 star I would. If you’re looking for an OBGYN, stay clear of this place. I’m type 1 Diabetic so I need to get a referral to a high risk Obgyn and the doctor kept talking to me about gestational diabetes which is NOT what I have. He was not paying attention to anything I was saying and when I said I would not like to go through with the rest of the appointment with him, he walked out of the room and left the door open with me naked on the table. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional behavior especially from a medical center. Please if you’re reading this, book with a different OB!😭

My experience as a first time mom here was fantastic. They really took care of my needs during and post pregnancy, the delivery experience was soooo good they even let my hubby and our family be a part of this beautiful transition. Im aways gonna recommend valley to all new moms.

This place is horrible and lies to their patient… I payed them the 20 dollar fee to fill out paperwork for my job and when I asked if they had faxed it the had lied. Doctor does not listen to you and he is mean, he had told me not to worry about my sons circumcision that we would take care of it later. When my son was born, he said they don’t do that.

Trust valley for routine checkups. The appointment system is really smooth and one of the things here is that they don’t put you on long waiting for checkin. It took me only five minutes to wait to see the doctor.
