NP Johanna was very nice, understandable, & helpful. MA Johanna was very professional & polite. Receptionist Jose was attentive & respectful. I recommend this URGENT CARE especially after hours. The only thing I would suggest is to have lab & imaging OPEN that would be perfect. Other than that I'm happy with their clinic.

Dr El Ramah is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients’well-being. He takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options in a way that is easy to understand . He is very professional and kind.

I transferred from clinicas de Salud to valley urgent care Dr El Ramah I usually see Claudia is the best decision I've made
Excellent care, attentive , easy to talk to
Freindley ,knowledgeable
She responses to all my health care issues she makes sure my lab work is ordered and follows up with me and address any concerns I have
Although Dr El Ramah is my main provider I see Claudia
I highly recommend 👌 urgent care for your health needs .
I also been to the after hours urgent care and there providers have fast and Excellent service

Went to take my daughter to be seen and get an x ray due to her having severe leg pain and waited 45 minutes. I kept seeing patients being called in that got there after me, turns out it is also a clinic and where they do lab work. Just a heads up do not count this as an urgent care as you will not be seen urgently due to the other appointments. Good thing All Valley Urgent Care with Dr. Tyson is close by.

Had a really bad headache and neck pain thought I was going to get help. I waited in lobby 1hr and inside exam room another 1 hr, Doctor never showed so I decided to leave.
Seems like quantity instead of quality service here. Btw I was one of the first patience when they opened this morning.
