I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the front office staff at Valley Health Team in Dinuba. My appointment has been rescheduled multiple times due to their poor communication and lack of organization.

I made it very clear on multiple occasions that I would be late for my appointment, and every time, I was assured by the front office that it would not be an issue and that I would still be able to check in. However, when I arrived late today—just as I had previously informed them—I was told it was too late and that I would have to reschedule yet again.

Throughout this entire process, the only time I’ve received a call regarding my appointments was the day before. Yesterday, I was reminded about my appointment for today, and once again, I let them know I would be late. They reassured me it was fine, only to deny my appointment when I arrived.

This level of disorganization and lack of clear communication from the front office is completely unacceptable. Patients rely on these appointments for their health, and constantly rescheduling due to their miscommunication is incredibly frustrating. I hope they seriously reconsider how they handle scheduling and patient communication moving forward.

I came in as an urgent dental patient. They got me in quickly and assesed the issue that i was having. They were able to ease my anxiety and reassured me that i wasnt going to lose my tooth. Staff was kind and the facility is nice. Thank you to the dentist and the assistants that helped me even through a pandemic.

Horrible, They keep making appointments that I don't need, And they're constantly letting me run out of blood pressure medication.
One of these days I'm going to have a stroke and it's going to be their fault.
I would expect as much from government health care but I am actually paying for this.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve never had drs who were so cold to me. I have never been told by a “provider” to “tough it out” when I’ve been in extreme pain and severe anxiety and insomnia. The lack of care, compassion and just down right respect left me feeling hopeless. Will make you jump through hoops only for them to not help you at all. I’m so glad I found a good dr now who listens to me and is compassionate of my problems. Seek another clinic if you’re not willing to have a know it all dr come in and have you be his science project and push other drugs on you instead of what you know helps and works for you... best of luck. You won’t get it here

I’ve been a patient for 17 years and my kids been a patient for 15 years Doctors and staff are very friendly and never had a problem and it’s clean the wait is never long
