I have loved this office and its staff since day one when I became a patient over 2 years ago. Everyone is always super nice and its professional and clean. They work with you nicely and Stephanie is one of my favorite doctors I've ever had. She really listens and has the wisdom and discernment to point me in the right direction in regards to treatment.

I think Valley Behavioral services is the best provider in the city of Madison. They were able to get me in quickly and I’ve been seeing them now for two years and there has been nothing but excellent service kindness, understanding and knowledgeable help. I see both the psychiatric nurse And the counselor they’re both excellent women. I highly recommend Valley Behavioral services if you need of psychiatric help.

I’ve been seeing one of the nurse practitioners at Valley Behavioral for a few years now, and I’ve been very happy with the level of care and earnestness that I’ve received from her. I’ve never spoken to an unkind staff member at this office, even though I’ve witnessed several instances of them being literally screamed at by patients because of insurance issues, and other variables completely out of their control. Even under duress they remain calm and professional, and I have truly appreciated them the many times I’ve spoken to them. My only complaint is that it’s almost impossible to immediately speak to anyone via telephone; you usually will have to leave a message and wait for a return call. I get it, the office is swamped with patients and calls every day. Having said that, I’ve never failed to receive a call back, nor to have any need or concern go unmet. I recommend Valley Behavioral without reservation.

Nearly impossible to get in contact with ANYBODY (other than billing). Nearly impossible to get a prescription refil on time, even if you go through the portal, and call to leave messages (because nobody answers). You will go days without a medication that can help you get through your day to day life. The only positive thing I can say is that the person I have my meetings with is super good. Also the flexibility of the time slots and being able to do your meetings on the phone is quite nice as well.

I've been very pleased since visiting VBS and I'm very happy with Dr Al, Stephanie and Huda. Always very helpful and accommodating. Its a little difficult to reach someone at the front desk, but when that happens, the portal is great for getting refills when needed. Usually no more the 24 hr turn around.

My Doctor here is Keith Watts, and I couldn’t have picked someone better suited to me. He’s funny and easy going, but also straight to the point. He has helped me through so much. The front desk staff members are also great. They’re always nice and helpful.
