I always have a good experience here. The wait depending on your doctor most of the time is good. The wait can be long sometimes. Check in online does make it faster but still a pain. I would recommend parking at the 2nd floor parking garage. You can then take the sky bridge to the building which makes it free and getting in and out of the building easy.

This place used to be a really nice facility, but now you are dealing with rude head nurses who talk back to you. They don't do their job; you have to wait for weeks for your referrals to be sent.

Here's a small portion of a letter that I wrote about the patient's relationship.

Dear Dr. Mosley,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to follow up on my earlier email regarding my troubling experience at USF Health. Earlier today, I requested to speak with a supervisor from the Primary Care Division and was introduced to Miss Lori Brock. I approached her with my concerns in a calm yet frustrated manner, hoping to find a resolution to my ongoing issues with medication pre-authorization. Unfortunately, instead of offering support or a listening ear, Miss Brock displayed a dismissive attitude, arguing with me rather than de-escalating the situation. Her behavior only heightened my frustration; it was disheartening to witness someone in a supervisory position respond in such an unprofessional way. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she turned away with disgust, stating that she had "nothing to say" and returned to the facility without offering any assistance.

I also would like to mention that I had an appointment with a urologist at USF. After the procedure, my penis and my testicles were infected, and one of my testicles was 10 times bigger than the other one full of infection. No one from the urologist Department, which is led by Dr carrion, ever called me to check up on me after the procedure. Usually, when you go through a procedure they call you a couple of days after to make sure you're okay, now I'm going back and forth to the emergency room it seems like the infection has gone up to my stomach, and even to my upper back maybe around my kidney.

This used to be a very nice Hospital now it seems like no one really cares and if you file a complaint they will just laugh it off this is absolutely unbelievable.

What you did to me today was beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Your time is not more valuable than mine. I come here and I have waited outside for over 30 minutes, then sat alone in a room for another 30 minutes, only to have a student—not even the person I was supposed to see—show up and waste 20 more minutes asking me unnecessary questions. to make matters worse, this same student usually stayed in the room during my consultation, making me feel uncomfortable and violating my privacy.
And yet, because I was five minutes late, you refused to see me? I took time off work to be here, and this is how you treat me? The hypocrisy and lack of professionalism are staggering.I will never be coming back here. Your narcissism and blatant disregard for other people’s time are too much for me to tolerate.
Teach your receptionist some manners. She talks to people with an attitude

Tried to make an appointment at the Center for Gastroenterology. Told I have to have a referral. Their policy, not the insurance's policy. Not great, but ok, I'm relatively new to the area and haven't found a new primary care, so lets' find one in your network. Today is Feb 5, the first available appointment in the South Tampa area is end of May. Or I could drive 2 hours to Seminole, at the end of March. Ah. So, the word 'care' must mean something else to this hospital system than it does to most people. I guess this is why the emergency room at TGH is always so busy, it's slow but its faster than 3 months?

They are the friendliest and most productive healthcare I've been to. I've been to hospitals around the country - I am disabled in a traveling RV - and this place should get 10 stars.

Very poor management and Drs in there primary department on multiple visits miscoded and countless times trying to fix billing issues that didn't line up with insurance they could care less. We'll be going elsewhere. I advise you too. Plenty of primary options in Tampa Bay to avoid a careless attitude.

First, I had a great experience here in 2012. No idea what has happened to them since. This time I had hoped to get a second opinion for a new issue. In March, I booked an appointment with a surgeon for a July appointment. I called yesterday to check on the referral since my insurance hadn't received anything. Then, I find out the appointment "isn't with the correct physician." Instead I first need to pay for an appointment with a different doctor who will give me an estimate of the cost for the procedure -- this doc won't even be doing the procedure! Here's why it's even more flaky -- they take my insurance and I proved to them that my insurance will cover this. But, no, they know better and decided it isn't covered. Well, so much for the second opinion or returning to them in the future.
