The officers did the best to accommodate the process in consideration with my mom age (95 years old) in her disability conditions. I cannot express my gratitude for being treated with such honor and respect. The kindness and humanity by these officers were beyond my expectations. God bless America!

We had a great experience. The process was overall fast and they did a good job making it memorable. Music, video, and photo ops were presented. The attendees were not that enthusiastic however. Maybe it was the division among the country this year. None the less, the facility did a fantastic job!

I've not heard back from this office regarding my application for citizenship, which was submitted over 12 months ago online (average time is supposed to be 7.5 months). I can't seem to get through to anyone on the phone and the automated voice says goodbye without passing me through to a customer rep no matter how I try to explain/express my particular situation. Horrible experience.

I took my citizenship interview in this place. All the staff are very responsive and kind. The officer who conducted the interview was also very kind and welcoming. The ceremony took place less than a week after the interview, and everything was also very well organized. Really enjoyed the experience here.

My case was quite difficult and I had not received my green card for many years due to the covid.However, she was very patient and helped me deal with the problem. I had my interview for American citizenship this morning July 19, 2023. The place is super clean and organized. The officers at the entrance are very friendly and polite. Everything happened super fast. The super polite and kind Officer Valencia led me to my interview room. while she explained to me that my interview was going to be done via zoom with Officer Benitez, another beautiful young woman who was super friendly and polite. thanks for everything.
