The billing department has sent our monthly payment plan based accounts to a collections agency not once but TWICE now. Once after a technical error that they notified us about with the system and then the second time after we already settled up on that first erroneous collection. Been nothing but a headache.

This place has great doctors but awful customer service. They do a horrible job of communicating and they don't care about the patients. Their billing department never indicated that I owed then money and then send my bill to collection services.
