I attempted to make an appt with Dr. Anna Seay now that she is finally covered at lower copay since joining USA Health. I was previously her patient, until I joined USA Health as an employee and our insurance copay was higher to see an outside Dr. Well I was told by her nurse today that she refuses to see me now since I have seen 2 other internal medicine doctors within USA Health. I actually liked Dr. Seay and really wanted to go back to her as my primary, but apparently she thinks she is too good for me.

LET ME TELL YOU A STORY: One day my dad was very sick and I decided to call his doctor whom I did not know from a heal of beans. So, along the way there my dad was mad as a spitting cobra. I paid him know mind because it was to help him the doctor was there to assist us. So, my dad started out in a rage but than he realize i was not paying him any attention because he was going to the doctor that day. After getting there he decided to tell me I did not know what I was talking about in front of the nurses and doctor. The bottom line was he did not know what he was talking about. My dad than tried to do a flintstone act on me and stomped his feet. All the while telling the nurse a lie that he was feeling good and there was know trouble. When in fact he had a stomach virus, H e was 3 pints low in blood, he needed iron pills and that was not all. If it was not for Dr. White and Dr. Case, Dr. Kahali, he would have died because he was falling and everything. We decided to get him a little rest in the hospital and fix him up and that they did. All the while he told Dr. Kahali that I would not bring him. When in fact he did not want to go to the doctor. You have to go to the doctor. Dr. Kahali was so nice he sat on the bed with him and talked to him. Dr. Case was nice to with all of his notice right in front of him with a book on all of his patient so he knows what's going on. Dr. kahali has a computer brain you can't mess with that brain. Now, Dr. White is in a class all by herself. She did a backstroke, straight into the nurses station and called out every note, diagnosis and prognosis she could thing of and guess what it was all right. My dad had all that what she said and more. Who said women catch jump. If you know what I mean. Well All of these doctors get a 110%

I have left a lot of doctors, not because they were bad, but because their organization was poorly organized and failed to deliver care efficiently. Ever wait all day to see your doctor because they are overwhelmed? Have you ever been told to go to emergency care? That won't happen with this group. I never have to wait more than a few minutes!

I go to Dr. Shameer and he takes time to listen and delivers exceptional care. Just as important, his company uses online resources to make things easier for everyone. All my records are available online. Nurses call back quickly. It's possible to handle issues without going to the office if you're up to date on appointments. I am so thankful for getting both great care and having efficient organization.

The doctor was great! All the nurses were all friendly and sweet. They made you feel right at home. I have no complaints except for the cleanliness, especially around the edges of the floors they were black! I was very disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness, especially the one in the foyer. I sorry I do not mean to offend. I just honestly think it could be cleaned up and painted.

The whole group is very caring, even when you walk up asking questions to the wrong person, you will get your answer with an extra smile ?
I absolutely love Dr. Bashir! She's the best GP I have ever had that I have felt so comfortable with, and I knows she cares about my health just from being around her. She makes sure that I know what she is talking about, and I really do like that!

I have been very impressed with the attention and care I am receiving from my Physical Therapist. She is well trained in her profession as I can tell all of the therapists are. She has been compassionate, kind and patient which I have appreciated so much during my long road to recovery. The facilities are very nice and clean and everyone has been very welcoming!

This is such an amazing clinic. They are very understanding and professional. They really listen to your concerns and explain things in detail for you. I couldn't ask for a better clinic. Also all my kids see doctors there and my kids love them. With them no question is a stupid question. They never make you feel unheard.
