Some of the doctors are more about making money off of forcing treatments on patients rather than focusing on what the patients want or are concerned about. Also one of the doctors couldn't even stick to the same story when asked many times about surgeries and treatment options. They rather force very harsh treatments on minor cancer cases while other cancer centers will go a less straining treatment.
There recent merge with another cancer center does have me very concerned but we will only stick with the original doctors if they start bringing in doctors from Mitchell to the other center.

I just felt the need to express my gratitude to the entire team at USA Mitchell Cancer center. From the folks at the front desk, the entire radiation team, Nicole Howell,Jessica Allen,Amy Ahlich,my nurse Jami Adams and Dr Huddleston.These folks made me feel special, and gave me hugs and care after having a few bladder accidents during my treatments. My nurse advocate,Brooke,who mysteriously showed up most everyday during treatments to check on me and recommend resources when I had questions. Also, and sorry for such a long post, but I have to give a shout out and big thank you to the pharmacy team who found me help with a grant to help pay for my expensive meds and were able to fill my scripts when my regular Pharmacy did not have some of the meds . Just really took a lot of the worry and uncertainty off my shoulders so I could concentrate on getting through my treatments. So happy I decided to come here for my treatments. Dr. Karki is wonderful,and I feel like he is never rushed with my visits and answers my questions. Thank you USA Mitchell Cancer Center. In all my years of dealing with Dr visits,hospital stays, I've never experienced such a caring, pleasant experience . Much thanks.❤️

Dealing with my wife's cancer was enough, but dealing with the incompetency of this institute added nothing but additional stress and frustration. My wife's care plan was extremely compromised and delayed by office mistakes when dealing with her insurance. She is not cured yet and hopefully these mistakes will not make her situation worse. The doctors and nurses are caring, but there are systematic problems here that need to be addressed.

I had the very best experience when taking chemotherapy here. From the time you pull up at the door someone is there to greet you. Dr. Butler was my oncologist he’s so awesome. They made my experience as pleasant as possible and unforgettable in the best way! Everyone was amazing! Thank you all!

The Mitchell Cancer Institute made us feel at ease the lady vallet gave us hugs and even gave me a warm blanket when we got there. They seemed like we were truly important and cared about all of our concerns. Children and Women's hospital were top notch as well. We were given hugs and made my family feel at ease during my surgery and my 4 day stay. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! May God bless everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about MCI! From the free valets (which we don't use), the Chemo-sabes (volunteers in the infusion suite), the nurses at the check in desk, lab techs, and the doctors and their staff! They all give 100% ALL the time! I'm glad God has chosen them as my medical care team!!

Mitchell Cancer is absolutely great. I've been coming here for over a year now. The doctors here are wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. You will find answers to your cancer. I know I did.. I suffered a brain tumor. I went thru chemo and radiation. I was comfortable with all treatments.
You are treated with such kindness. I never left this place with questions. I highly regard it

Dr. Scalici is EXCEPTIONAL ! I can't say the same for the billing department who said they aren't responsible for coding. I was charged for a new patient office visit and a hospital outpatient visit (insurance says the claim states I was seen for a list of past medical history issues NOT current) when the only service provided, was I saw Dr. Scalici for the 1st time after being referred to her after finding out, I still had an ovary after having had bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS FRAUDULENT CHARGE RESOLVED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH, which includes several hours of my time on the phone today and still no one wants to get to the bottom of the issue no one can explain why I am receiving two co-payments for 1 office visit.
