I have used this company for almost 4 years, and I continue to be very impressed with them. I feel safe with advice they give me about any requirement regarding durable medical equipment. They are always accurate. Plus, on the personal side, they make me feel like I could be the only patient they have. Some of the staff I have worked with for the entire time I have used them, and they always talk to me as if they know me well. What a great feeling they give me. I seriously recommend them.

I am a seventy-three old woman with a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes in 2005. I took my glucose readings 4X a day. The fingertips on my left hand were continually sore. Obviously the Dexcom 7 is a wonderful product for me. But I am also blessed to work with the personnel at US Health Link. They are easy to reach for questions and advice. And no question is considered dumb! Always professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They have been wonderful to guide me through the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been depending on US Healthlink Inc to provide supplies to support my Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to insure my Diabetes stays under control. I recently upgraded to the new Dexcom G7 and it already has proven to have far improved accuracy that all Diabetics can depend on. This so effectively controlled transition to the G7 was coordinated between my Endocrinologist, Dr. Julie Bauer, and both Stephanie Hard, Dexcom Coordinator and Courtni Giersch, Customer Service Team Lead at US Healthlink Inc. I can't say "Thank You" enough to this professional staff for their most capable efforts in getting me set-up on time and with no lost time on my Dexcom CGM equipment. I love this new Dexcom G7 and its many improved features over over my old G6. While I had to pay Medicare $281 for a new G7 Receiver, I'm finding it was worth every penny. (I only had my G6 Receiver for 2.5 years and Medicare requires a min. of 5 years before they pay for new equipment. Know, too, that I had the choice of not buying a separate Receiver and just putting a free App on my cell phone to get the same info transmitted to my new Receiver, but I have entirely too many Apps on my phone and I didn't want any more interruptions from a CGM App on that device. My choice and at a reasonable cost!) THANK YOU, US HEALTHLINK, FOR PROVIDING SUCH A CAPABLE STAFF TO SUPPORT DIABETES CONTROL IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. I can always depend on them.

I work at a clinic in Oklahoma and often assist patients with getting continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps. Through trial-and-error, we have sent orders to numerous supply companies (I won't name them here) with mixed results. We decided to try US Healthlink and have been very satisfied with their responsiveness and customer service. Because of this, we now send the vast majority of our orders through them. Keep up the good work!

There are so many poorly reviewed Medicare pharmacies, it is a pleasure to say that US Healthlink has been very good to work with. If you are looking for a Medicare approved mail order vendor, check them out.

I miss this company more than you can imagine! They are super nice and never were late on my supplies. My advice if you are looking at reviews on diabetic supply companies is to use US Healthlink! They always called me to verify my order, and never made me go without supplies like CCS Medical and Southeast Diabetes Inc have done. I went without CGM sensors with both of the other 2 companies, but NEVER once did US Healthlink put my health on the back burner. 5/5 stars!!! I will be back as soon as possible!

Absolutely fabulous. I've been with them for a few years now and they are ON IT. Humans answer the phone AND they reply to emails. My transmitter died today. I called them, they checked my insurance, contacted the doctors office for a new prescription, and sent me a confirmation email that it was being prepped for shipping within 2 hours. I hope my insurance company never changes preferred providers because they rock!
