Mitchell was a pleasure to work with. He reached out promptly after getting my request from the Dr. He was at my door that same day following a long work day with a smile on his face. Reaching him by phone is easy and he has a personality that makes this process very comfortable. Wow! Where to begin? My urologist said I needed to self catheterize. He sent me home and said someone would come to my house that same afternoon to instruct me. Less 20 minutes later my doorbell rang and I had the pleasure, joy and good fortune to meet the kindest, most patient, confidence inspiring, professional, human being I have ever encountered in my long life. Ms. Danielle Smith.

She chatted with my wife & me in the most sensitive, knowledgeable, genuinely empathetic, professional, and encouraging manner. She brought a impressive number of sample products and patiently explained and instructed, in detail, proper usage of each item.

Before she left she inspired me to do something I deemed absolutely impossible and beyond what I thought I could ever do. BUT, that's just the beginning of my praise of Danielle and the amazing company she represents, Urological Supplies, Inc. Here's more.

I gave my health insurance information to establish me as a customer and cover an initial order of supplies. Danielle assured me she would be remaining in contact with me on a daily basis to insure all was well. True to her word, I heard from her later that afternoon and again the next day. However, several hours later after the second call, she called to advise me that USI and my insurance plan were incompatible. But, not to worry, she would continue to be a resource for me AS LONG AS I NEEDED HER! Moreover, USI transferred my information to a competitor who did accept my insurance.

And, she made a special trip to my home the following day to deliver, at no charge, a large supply of catheters and related supplies to insure I would have enough to cover me until I heard from the new supplier. AND, she again reassured me that I could call her anytime for any reason because that's the way she and USI do business.

There are two additional things you should know about this amazing woman and the superb company for whom she works; Three days later I received a courtesy follow-up call from someone at USI to insure that I had been contacted by their competitor.

Unfortunately, several days later, during the night, I began having an issue with the process, and decided to make an 'emergency' visit in the morning to my doctor's office. Before I left, in desperation I called Danielle's cell phone at 9:00 am. She immediately answered, calmly asked several questions, made a few suggestions and even contacted my doctors office to advise them I was coming in. I calmed down, decided to give it one more try using her suggestions, and thankfully, had success. (She also followed up with me to insure all was well.)

So, to anyone considering doing business with Urological Supplies, Inc., be completely confident you will be dealing with an absolute first class company, with first class personnel on whom you can depend to go the extra mile and support you beyond the call of duty! I would give them ten stars if I could. 🙂
