Excellent experience using the urgent care services, check-in staff was very friendly, the care was superb from Dr Gluck and the X-ray technician. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to return if needed.

I was so hesitant to go in and get care! I was really really scared about the pain that I was experiencing and the lack of use with my right shoulder and arm.

Let’s face it healthcare has changed in hospitals and doctors offices after Covid and it’s not for the best.

However, Dr. Gabriel Gluck was excellent! He saw me in a timely manner, took my pains and sufferings seriously, wonderful bed side manner, very compassionate and KNOWLEDGABLE! He is so kind and the shot didn’t even hurt! He made me feel valued and worth his expertise and time. Unfortunately, in my experience, this is missing in California currently, so so was very hesitant to go.

I am SO happy I did. Immediate relief. Knowledge is everything and Dr Gluck has that in spades.

It is awesome that they are doing Urgent Ortho for those of us who cannot get regular appointments.

Excellent. I was helped the way I never thought it was possible. My knee got swollen and I could walk, stand, not even sleep. It was really painful. My knee was drained and medicated, and I could walk right next morning. Unbelievable! Thank you!

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience! I injured my thumb a month ago and it was going to be weeks until I could get an appt elsewhere. While my injury got worse, I gave up and decided to come into the urgent ortho at Ventura Orthopedics. I was seen AND treated all in one visit. And I was presented a game-plan just in case my injury didn’t heal properly. Dr. Gluck is very informative and gets straight to the source of the injury. Highly recommend!

This was great! I walked in at 5pm and was seen shortly after completing my intake forms. The nurse/x-ray tech was efficient and nice, as was Dr Gluck who diagnosed and explained everything about my broken foot. If you can wait, this is so much easier than the ER.

Very positive experience! The staff was very professional and efficient. So we’re the nurses and my doctor was excellent in explaining my injury and what to do. Quick X-rays revealed a fracture and I am so happy to know and to have recommendations for how to handle it. 100% recommend for speedy, professional, and comprehensive service!
