I took my daughter in to have a rose thorn removed from the palm of her hand. Check-in was super quick! Staff was very friendly. I felt we were taken care of quickly. I would definitely go back here and would also highly recommend to anyone! Great experience.

Made an appointment online at midnight for the next morning. We were in Florida on vacation and my son had a double ear infection. This clinic was excellent. The staff were super friendly and we were in and out fast. I highly recommend this urgent care as it was probably the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. We saw Morningstar and she was great!

Edit: I spoke to the doctor regarding my issues prior to my leaving. He was very receptive and apologetic. And he completely understood my issues and complaints and validated them. The nurse and the doctor both have very good bedside manners and were very pleasant. I want to make sure that that is understood. He also said that he will be speaking to the front desk agent and that the way we were handled was unacceptable. I added a star from two to three because of the doctor’s
response.

I recently brought my elderly mother to this facility due to chest congestion and feeling unwell. While the wait time was relatively short, our overall experience left much to be desired.

Upon arrival, we were met by the front desk staff with curt replies and a less-than-welcoming demeanor. Instead of being escorted to a room, as is standard practice in most medical facilities, we were simply pointed toward a door and told to go into Room 2. This impersonal approach was disappointing.

The nurse who took my mother’s vitals was kind and professional, as was the doctor, who recommended chest X-rays and an EKG. However, the experience quickly turned unprofessional when the same front desk staff member returned to perform the EKG.

When my mother greeted him, he did not acknowledge her or show any warmth. He instructed her to remove her shirt and lie on the table without offering a paper gown or any privacy. The exam table did not have a paper covering, which raised sanitation concerns. When I inquired about this, he dismissively stated that it was "fine" and that they clean it—though no visible cleaning was done.

I requested that he allow my mother some privacy to undress, yet he did not step out of the room even after multiple requests. His bedside manner was completely lacking—no words of reassurance, no attempt to make my mother feel comfortable, and no consideration for patient dignity. Furthermore, he was working closely with sick patients without wearing a mask, which added to my concerns about hygiene and safety.

Overall, while the medical staff (nurse and doctor) were competent and kind, the lack of professionalism, unsanitary conditions, and dismissive attitude from certain staff members made this an uncomfortable and concerning visit. I would not recommend this facility based on our experience.

Very disappointed. Been there a few times care was adequate. This time not so good. Nurse practitioner - I think she never introduced herself. She stated I needed a test before she could treat but their system was down so unable to test. They refused to refund my copay and billed my insurance. I had to go to another urgent care but insurance will only pay 1 per day so now I’m out the copay plus paying entire bill from 2nd place.

No waiting, i received a quick diagnosis, was provided detailed explanation of the cause of the symptoms and action items. Never felt rushed, which is greatly appreciated. In summary, it was an excellent visit!

Best urgent care! The young man at the desk checked us in and directed us to a room within 5 minutes. The doctor was amazing and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was super sweet and friendly.

Professional staff. Quick check-in but I also completed most of the information online. I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before which was convenient. I was provided good information after diagnosis and explanation of the medication prescribed. I will choose this site again if needed. I had the option to check in on my phone when I arrived. I chose not to upload my ID or insurance card but that didn’t seem to slow down the process. I went on a Saturday morning.

I was five minutes early for a scheduled appointment. It took over 15 minutes for them to check me in. The receptionist asked me three separate times if I had completed all paperwork requirements online ahead of time. We were usher into a waiting room and then had to wait an additional 35 minutes for our appointment, when I came out of the room to check on the status of the healthcare provider and explained that I had another commitment. My tone was incredibly calm and I was not agitated. I simply asked how long it would be until the provider would be available because I had another commit. The nurse practitioner was very rude. He told me that they had six people that had come in and that I was in line. I reminded him that I had an appointment. We were eventually seen but a school physical that should’ve taken no more than 15 minutes, took an hour.
