Honestly, I didn’t believe in PAs as specialists for any illnesses 🤒 , but after visiting this location, Michael was amazing!
She mentioned that she has been a PA for decades.
I was close to visiting again before finishing my medication, 💊 but I decided to complete the full course.
Amazingly, by the time I took the last dose, my sinus infection was completely gone!
It was unbelievable.

This urgent care was phenomenal! From the front desk to the nurses and the doctor. I got helped within minutes of walking in and the service was quick yet effective. I never felt rushed wish I normally do at other urgent cares. The doctor took the time to talk with me and never rushed me. They explained everything. Would come back here over and over again. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Urgent Care Pros. Mandy and Elissa were very helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. My provider Michelle, was also excellent. She was very smart and took the time to explain everything. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about. She made sure I understood what was going on. I felt confident in the care I received and left feeling much better. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m glad I went.

So quick, efficient, friendly and immaculate. The only wait time was 15 minutes for results of COVID-19 & RSV. Dr Alejandro Espino, Ryan & Jessa were so professional and courteous. I rate Urgent Care Pros-Fullerton 20 STARS and highly recommend this location for Urgent Care PLUS needs.

I was really impressed with how quickly the staff called me in for vitals, and the wait time for the physician assistant was under 15 minutes. She took her time to thoroughly assess my symptoms and listen to my concerns. Overall, the entire team was attentive, professional, and friendly.

The Center is very sanitary, friendly and professional. Staff is thorough. They also offer X-ray services which is very convenient. They don’t take appointments however, the wait time was reasonable. Overall a positive experience (considering you feel sick and dread going)!

I went in Mon morning around 8 am. It was very clean office. I did not have to wait too long, I was be able to see the Doctor right away. Doctor Michelle were so kind and professional. I had some anxiety but the Doctor was so knowledgeable and helped me ease my pain. I will make sure I will come back and I will recommend this urgent care to anyone I know. It was great experience and highly recommend this urgent care.
