My son was seen here last week. The doctor assured us that my son has strep, but did not actually do a test. I noticed my sons vitals were abnormal and when I mentioned this to the doctor, he told me "he's just worked up" (low o2, high heart rate). He listened to his lungs and said everything was all good. While the doctor was very nice, I don't feel that he was doing his job correctly. I hate writing bad reviews, but this was not acceptable.
My son was hospitalized the following day for 4 days due to Influenza A and pneumonia.

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff and I was seen quickly. The nursing staff were nice and I felt very comfortable chatting with them. The doctor was compassionate and didn’t rush through the visit. He listened to my questions and explained everything to me about the meds that he was prescribing. I will be using them again if the need arises. Strep throat is no joke!

Honestly, this place sucks. We get there and are told it’s an hour to an hour and a half wait fine whatever 2 1/2 hours later I finally get to go back and see the doctor. We waited in the room for 45 minutes almost before the doctor actually came in, took a look at my son’s throat and decided it was strep. Awesome prescribed us some Aunt , took a look at my son’s throat and decided it was strep. Awesome prescribed us some antibiotics. Told us we could only choose between two pharmacies so we chose the first one because it didn’t really matter have waited over an hour and a half Still has not been called in. I’ve tried calling the office three or four times with my sick children to see when it’s gonna get prescribed and they won’t answer their phone or return our calls. This place was ridiculous.

Horrible experience to be turned away from an Urgent care because they closed in 30mins. I brought my daughter here because the other Urgent care was not taking walk-ins today and suggested this place.

There was only 1 couple in the waiting room and I mentioned the urgency of my daughters situation and she said to come back tomorrow. REALLY? She even went to ask Dr. G. if she could be seen and she said tomorrow!

This place is a joke.

I just needed someone with Alphabets after their name to get her an antibiotic prescription, we already knew what the problem was.

Very quick process. Very helpful, got me in and out. Very kind and professional staff. As enjoyable as an urgent care visit can be. Definitely highly suggest! I don't have insurance and they were one of the cheapest places to go as well. Very thankful for them being there for me in my time of need. Had minimal wait time, I was headed to sit down when they called me back. All around great experience. Not a huge place so maybe don't bring company with you, but otherwise a totally great place.

I have always been very happy coming to this urgent care location. Went today 12/15/24 they are no longer accepting Medicare nor will they accept Tri Care for Life since Medicare is billed as primary !
Wow! This is scary! I have never had my insurance denied before !

Everyone who work there are sweet and kind. Felt so welcomed at the lobby when we checked in. Nurses were sweet and made us feel comfortable.

My son needed sports physical . Doctor examined him really well and spent her time explaining everything we needed to know and more. My teenage son says he loves it here,thank you so much.
