I wish I had looked up this place earlier. The Dr was SO nice and had great care with my daughter. The nurse as well. Friendly and engaging. They just had fun with her. I didn’t know they opened at 12 so I was early but they were nice about it and told me to just wait. The check in and paperwork’s process was so easy with it being digital. The office wasn’t super clean and it was a little out dated but the care was 10/10 and that’s all that mattered to me. With their digital software I had my daughter’s lab results before they came in to tell me. Will come back the next time we need care!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurse showed so much patience and compassion. Our Dr was very thorough waited on all test results they could get before coming in to diagnose the baby. I will definitely not hesitate to use them again!

My daughter woke up with a fever, I used the app to make an appointment. We were seen and out of the office within 30 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and informative. She made sure to explain everything and give all detail needed. She was absolutely amazing very sweet personality! 100% would recommend the provider.

They were thorough and considered every aspect of what my son needed for his badly sprained fingers. They determined that after getting scan results very quickly, they weren’t broken. I’m going here for any urgent care my children may in the future!

My son was sent home from daycare at 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon and I was struggling to find an urgent care that would be open after 6 near me! I was able to do EVERYTHING online. Even reserve my spot in line, paperwork, upload insurance, etc. I reserved for 7:10. Got there at 6:50. Was diagnosed, out and at home writing this at 8:20! Staff was very attentive, nice, and quick with getting us back!

The receptionist wasn't very personable. (The reason for the four stars.) Other than that the visit was phenomenal. The nurse was nice and professional and the Nurse Practitioner was very nice, friendly, thorough and professional! I would definitely bring my child back!

My daughter was seen today. She was examined thoroughly by the NP, great bedside manners, appropriate tests were done, management discussed thoroughly. The in-house pharmacy which is some extra payment, but so worth to skip the extra trip to another pharmacy. Choosing to get meds there saves time and prescription trouble. Every staff member I encountered was kind, pleasant and eager to help.

Went worried for my daughters mouth, thinking she was dehydrated. It looked extremely dry, cracked, and white peeling inside. Got diagnosed with rsv, and sent on our way as they were not listening to my concerns about her mouth. Even though they looked directly in her mouth they did not say a word. Immediately went to her pediatrician and she said oh my gosh that is thrush. Do not recommend this place. It was a male doctor that saw us and he was making us feel uncomfortable and did not care to treat my daughter or listen to why we were even there. Something that could have taken just one trip to the doctor turned into 3 hours at 2 different doctors. Ridiculous.
