Alison Ray is a great primary care nurse practitioner. She listened to me and gave thoughtful and non judgmental feedback. I came in surly because the parking lot of the facility is under construction and the complex enormous so getting where you need to be isn’t easy. By the time my appointment was over I was calm and in a much better mood.

While the initial contact was positive and she ordered x-rays, STAT, S
he did not call me with findings until 7pm, despite promising to call earlier. When she did leave a message the first 10 seconds were understandable, that last 20 seconds was indistinguishable. I needed help and a referral for my plantar tear, and got none.

Ms. Ray was a good listener and demonstrated understanding of my condition and needs. I left the appointment with the medication I needed and other information regarding my condition. I would definitely see her for future treatment. I was also able to see her on the day I called and was able to schedule an appointment.

Polite staff and the quickest Urgent Care visit I have ever experienced. As a new patient with paperwork I was in and out in probably 30-40 minutes. Much appreciated when I'm sick and want to be back in bed.

The hostility exhibited at me was totally uncalled for. I believe ethnicity may have been a factor bc it is customary for Healthcare providers to assume drug addiction is a black problem. The truth is, i could have Died.

To add insult to injury, the Receptionist scribble on nurses notes I refused a CT Scan when simply I could not afford the Copay at visit.
On 3/24/2022, I sought medical care at Sacred Heart ER: Right (flank pain). CT Scan, UltraSound, Labs were done. Diagnosis: decompress Gallbladder. Told to follow-up with primary care physician. Sacred Heart Staff went above and beyond.

If I could give less stars I would! I was refused service by the male receptionist for no logical reason. I asked to speak to a manager he said "ok" and went to get someone. He returned and said they would not see me and to go to the ER. My issue was not life threatening and could be treated at the Urgent care. I then went to the corporate office on the 8th floor of West Florida Medical Tower and was told that I needed the ER and not Urgent Care as well.....For a COLD!!!!
