The staff was friendly. The location was 11938 paramount. They were able to verify my insurance. The other location on Florence (8500) they said they were not able to see me because they couldn’t verify insurance even tho they are the same company and the receptionist seems to have attitude and wouldn’t make eye contact when talking to me. So I recommend the paramount location 100 percent.

I chose to go to this urgent care because my regular doctor’s office was closed for the day. Taking my daughter here when she was sick with one of the best decisions ever. not only was the receptionist kind but they were really quick with seeing her and normally I’m at my doctors office for hours. The restrooms and patient rooms were very clean and the doctor was very thorough in checking what was wrong with my daughter. I also liked that they have seating inside and outside. I will definitely be going here next time.

I called prior to going and they confirmed they had a radiology technician which is what I needed for my lung x-ray.  Front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nurses were also friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. X-ray technician was patient, friendly and explained process well.  Lobby was clean with sufficient seating. Doctor was okay. He talked over me and was a little quick with his diagnosis, but thorough.

Dr. Jones was thorough when checking on my son,made me feel at ease with ordering x-rays just as an extra precaution and made my son and me feel important and I was very happy with the staff and everyone who helped.

Had to bring in my 10 year old daughter on Thursday Dec 19 after 3pm. For being the week before Xmas it was so easy to be seen. I forgot my daughter’s medi-cal insurance id at home and the front office clerk was still able to find it in the system. There was a wait. We wait for about 2.5 hrs for the whole visit but they were always attentive and the very handsome Nurse Practitioner  was very kind to my 10 year old daughter. Looked after her. Gave her a breathing treatment. Gave us directions and prescriptions for the next three days and was overall a very satisfying experience. happy that we went and got the care she needed. Would definitely return here.

I have come to this clinic multiple times and they have always treated me with respect. I always hear people saying that they don’t have a good attitude. But if I’m having a real urgent matter the last thing I’m worried but is the tone of someone’s voice. Plus they’ll for sure have you in within 2 hours or less and i don’t know about you but that huge plus for me. So in simple terms if you want fast, good doctors, and simple check-in without the fake over excited workers then come here.

First time walk in. Staff was courteous and clear with the sign in directions. A short wait only. The nurses were friendly and the doctor was prompt but willing to listen to the reason you checked in. I'd come back here.
