I was impressed with the Office staff, it was obvious they worked together as a great team. I appreciated the expertise of Dr. Hayashi who was interested in the details and quickly offered her advice and recommendations'. Kim, an office staff member offered me the opportunity the write a review, which I gladly accepted. I readily offer a 5 star rating and would recommend DR. Hayashi and the office team .

What a great experience! Dr Hayashi listened, and was able to resolve my pain issue quickly. I was in and out quick and timely for my appointments. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back there if I need to and will recommend them.

Dr Sosinski was on duty at Halifax Hospital when I was brought in by ambulance. He has worked with me now for 10 months. Still need more time to recover. Should start therapy soon. Never good to have a major injury, but my experience has been made better by the amazing care I have received. Trust me you couldn’t be in better hands.

Dr. Hayashi and her technical staff were excellent! She is personable, highly skilled, and provided top notch care that was thorough yet efficient, easy to understand, and caring. The front desk staff were also personable and helpful. While the office building itself is older, it is very clean with a big private bathroom. I highly recommend.

Had 10:00 appointment, got there 9:45-9:50, got called into the waiting room by 10:00, which is where I sat like a dog for 45 minutes waiting for the high and mighty doctor. I'm convinced they actually forgot I was in there because otherwise I would expect the rude and uncaring staff to maybe tell me the doc is running behind, if this was the case. After 45 minutes I went to the receptionist to have my co-pay credited back to me. Now no wifi, so can't be done. Hmmmm. Then was asked if I want to re-scgedule, are you kidding me? I will never be back as there are plenty of other doctors in my plan. And heads up doc, my time is just as valuable as yours. Did this on my day off, thanks a bunch for nothing
