My 2nd appointment the nurse was 15 minutes late. No apology, just a very rushed visit, as was the first. They wanted more blood work, but I would have had to wait again after being told I could get right in, so I left.
When I got the bills both visits were shown as longer than they were and Medicare was also being charge for the bloodwork that wasn’t done! I called and disputed the bills and they were finally amended after the fact.
I do not recommend.

I would have given it 5 stars because Dr. Joe is worth 5 stars but the front desk is horrible. No customer service skills. Poor ability to type names correctly from government provided IDs then they blame the patient for their inability to spell the patients name. Saray is the one to avoid at the front desk.

Abri Johnson is the best primary care Dr. We have had! She is very caring & knowledgeable!
She has been responsible for improving my husband’s diabetes to being off MetFormin I have had many serious problems & she was right on top of each one with her knowledge & excellent care! She deserves a 10 plus! Thank you Dr. Abri for excellent care & kindness!

Most offices have you waiting for hours to get called in, NOT at this office. Everyone Is on time, nice and professional. They even have an on site blood draw. My medications get called in right away. I always refer everyone here and they too are extremely happy.

I have been seen in both locations and I couldn’t be happier. I am assigned to Hilary Smith. She is great. She listens and is never in a rush. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend her-I’ve never seen any other provider (love the continuity of care).
