My spouse and I have been patients here for several years,we have recently moved out of town.
I was at my new pharmacy turning in a new prescription and my new insurance requested a pre-authorization for the diabetic injection I was requesting to be filled.This authorization needed to be sent from the Up2Par provider who wrote the prescription,so I phoned Up2Par expecting this request to be fulfilled…..the provider refused to do the pre-authorization stating I would have to visit my new doctor,so he can send the required information.Here’s my concerns,the soonest appointment available is late June, forcing me to go 45 days without a critical injection for diabetes care.So much for supporting your patients Up2Par.

Been a patient here for only a couple of months but I’m more then happy with the treatment I’ve received so far. I recently suffered a knee injury and called to see if could get in with my provider to get some pain management while awaiting my appointment with the orthopedic doctor. She got me in the very next day , gave me a steroid shot to help bring down inflammation, fully respects my opinion of narco painkillers being only an absolutely last line and when all else fails, and got my MRI set up ahead of seeing the orthopedic doctor to help speed things up . Have to say so far so good and I’m glad I became a patient here after my original GP’s unfortunately passing away last year .

I'm a new patient and have been THRILLED with the staff I've come into contact with. I see Amanda Schmidtmann there and she has done more for me in my two months with her than ANY other doctor I've seen before. One of my ears was clogged during my first wellness visit with her and she told me we needed to drain it out, and they did it right then and there. I thought for sure I was going to be referred out for something like that. They also ordered blood tests which they do in office. Other doctors I've seen will order blood, but then you have to spend more time missing work scheduling an appointment elsewhere. All of my results were available to me through the Healow app which is a great way to stay in touch with your medical records. The office is pretty neat too-- everything is golf themed. I'm not a golf fan by any means, but it's still a neat office experience. Better than the stuffy doctor feeling you normally get. THANK YOU UP 2 PAR.

We went with our sister who has Access to get initial medical workup and she was treated like a lesser human being by front desk staff! I will stop recommending up 2 par if they continue this degrading practice. We love our sister and thought this would be a good place for her. So disappointing!!!

I have been coming here for about 4-5 years I believe and couldn’t be happier. Five family members as well. I love that I get my blood work done here and never had a problem. Front desk girls are friendly and fast to schedule my follow up appointments:) I couldn’t be happier with the care that I receive here.

I’ve never been in a place where they got me coming two times and charge me to give me the same information as the prior appointment and to tell me to come back and pay again for another appointment to get my treatment done.

I’m someone who deals with ADHD. During the pandemic, the medication I take to manage it became unavailable, I was furloughed, I became unable to attend some appointments, and they dropped me as a patient. I’ve done all I can to try and make things right, but the staff & management are unwilling to work with me and it’s been a deeply heartbreaking and upsetting ordeal to endure. Missing appointments isn’t something that a person who deals with ADHD intends to do, especially during the pandemic, when medication was not available, and a furlough had taken place.

My dad has been seeing doctor Smythe since around 2013, I have used several of the Nurse Practitioners (mostly Mandy Moreno and Larry Morales) and have received excellent care. The front desk is always polite and I've never waited more that 10 minutes in the waiting area and usually I'm seen by the doctor within minutes of having my vitals taken in the exam room. I am appalled by all the what looks like fake reviews and I felt like I needed to speak up. The positive reviews are a reflection of what is real with this clinic. You will be well taken care of here.
