Went in to look around at some of the items that are displayed in the windows and to see if they had a certain balm. I was with my 2 boys and no other customers were in there but us. There were 2 women working behind the counter and no one greeted us. We were in there for maybe 10 minutes and left. As we were walking back to our apartment they were staring out the side door at us and talking to each other. I don't know what was being said but it made me feel uncomfortable and when they saw me looking they tried to pretend a nice smile and wave. Would've been nice to be acknowledged in the pharmacy instead of outside like I stole something. No customer service = poor customer service.

I've used University pharmacy for many years and I have always been treated respectfully. I will sit down to look at a magazine when I wait on a prescription never get past 3rd page & they have me ready. Great Great pharmacy and people.

I can't even put into words how wonderful my whole experience was! I will never go to another walgreens or CVS while living here! Everyone I came into contact with went out of there way to help me. I just couldn't thank everyone enough! It seems like this place cares more about people then a buck or time! You all really have no idea how much you helped my family today! Again thank you!

My mother and our family have had exceptional service from UMS, Odessa. David Gray sold my mother a "scooter" several years ago and he picked it up from our home, changed out the (dead) batteries and cleaned it, and it runs GREAT.

We were just in there two days ago to look at a wheelchair for mother and he told us what we needed to do to have the insurance pay for it (get physican order and "certificate of medical necessity" along with physician/rehabilitation facility progress notes). He indicated they could request those documents and offered to assist in any way needed.

We have also purchased several items from UMS to "enhance" mother's medical equipment and assist her with mobility and transferring from one place to another (turntable "pivot" cushion to assist in getting out of her seat, "sitz bath" item to use with her beside comode, tray table for her walker, etc.).

We definitely have been pleased with the quality and efficiency of their service in addition to their sound business values and principles; we continue to be "repeat" customers and have not yet been disappointed. Thank you David Gray and owner Grayson Hankins for all you do to assist us!!

About two weeks ago I had a problem with my catheter I have been doing business with University Medical Supply for about three years I called them and it was after lunch I explained my problem to this nice gentleman I can't remember his name and he told me that it was only one delivery man there that day but I know it was only about a hour and he was at my front door delivery my medical supplies I will always be thankful to them and I will recommend to, everyone

I don't know about the rest of the staff but the lady that I had was very rude and very unprofessional!! I will never shop there again.
