All of the staff here was amazing and so helpful! They took such great care of examining my son and made sure he was comfortable. They took the time to figure out and listen what was wrong and correctly give him the medicine he needs. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

Super slow. Waited 1 hour before getting checked in and Had to wait another hour and 45 min before even seeing a nurse and when in the room wanted another 45 to be seen by the doctor... totally trip took over 3 hours! Could hear the nurses and doctors talking outside my door.... only positive was they were nice.

I checked in and sitting in the lobby with couple more people while they're calling in people for whatever reason why they're here. They're really good at what they're doing, people goes in and out really fast. So for my thought am not gonna be here too long cuz am just here for a covid test for my surgery next week. Turnout there's more people coming in after me and called in before me till the very last two that comes in a bit later everybody and they came for me. I got a bit dirty thinking in my my mind " oh maybe cuz am the only foreigner or different color in here" not sure if this is the reason but when you do a thing like this, it's definitely is

Came in for an infected eye almost swelled shut. The front desk staff was amazing and kind but the woman who did the exam ended up making my eye worse, did not answer questions, and was very very rude and short with me. Wouldn’t even give me a tissue for the blood and fluid after she ripped my eye open and tore my skin! Will never come here again. You’ve been warned...

Horrible experience will never go back there ever ! I sat for 45 mins to a hr in pain waiting to be seen then when i was seen i was told i had kidney stones! Then i was told i would not be given anything for pain other than toradol which im allergic to. So i was told if i needed something more for pain to go to the er! So i waited 2hrs and hurt for 2hrs to be told to go to the er!😠😡😒 What the hell did i come here for was all i could think smh never again ever i feel like i only got part of my problem solved the pain biggest problem ole well deal with it

Had a knee replacement done on same knee within 5 years. The Dr. that did it is retired now but he never took any xrays at the end when I told him I still had pain. After he retired the other doctors did not want to see me. Now it is almost 2 years later and I am still in pain. I was told after the 1st replacement that it should last the rest of my life. The name of the implant is WRIGHT MEDICAL IMPLANT. Poor treatment and customer satisfaction. Would not recommend them yo anyone else.

My daughter (12 years old) suffers from anxiety and I was appalled at the rudeness, & impatience (for lack of better words) and all around how she was treated, she left there in tears due to embarrassment. She has a hard time with certain things,and couldn't quite get her mind to calm down and stop over thinking the strep test. Without going into long detail I will never use this urgent care again. Never had this problem before, must have got a bad evening of staff
