Took my elderly mother to the ER during the day. The staff were so wonderful with her. Very professional got her taken care of very quickly! Had her admitted overnight for observation and she received the best care. Thank you Unity Health- Newport!!! When we got her home her primary care doctor, Dr. Nicole Lawson with Unity Health in Searcy personally called to check on her since she had missed her scheduled appointment!!!

Natasha, the night RN was amazing. Dr. Speers was clear. Cady at the front desk was a sweetheart. I didn't catch the names of the other 2 nurses, but from start to finish, amazing. They listened. Im not use to being listened to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Step daughter took my 1 month 1 week old grandson there yesterday around 10am on 3/1/2025 because he was having a hard time breathing, they tested him for covid,flu,and rsv all came back negative, so all they did was suction out his nose and sent him home. Just hours later they took him to NA Baptist in Jonesboro because he still couldn't breath, they did a full work up on him and come to find out he had fluid on his lungs and a clasped lung and tested positive for RSV, he was so bad that they med flight him to Childers Hospital in Little Rock. Right now he is sedated with tube's and wires all over him, they are hopeful but said that he will be there for at least a week.

I am going to call Newports administrators Monday and voice my concerns about how they did nothing for my grandson, no ex ray, no blood drawn no nothing.

My lawer says there might be more we can do.

They better hope and pray that my grandson pulls through this.

Day shift was wonderful caring and compassionate but when night shift nurses in labor and delivery came I had to complain because they were ignoring my baby’s heart rate which was 200 I woke up yesterday with a fever of 102 I crashed 2 times I had to be put in oxygen but day shift helped me so much yesterday was pumped with antibiotics and fluids but this morning I was waiting to go home and I saw night shift nurse was wrong about all the pain my iv was giving me because notice have to have fluid drained from it

I just recently had a baby on Valentine’s Day 2023! I loved the nurses at Unity Health and my Doctor (Doctor Jones) The nurses made me feel at ease, as this is my first child and I was afraid. I had to have an emergency C section and Dr. Jones did great taking action and taking care of me. The man who did my epidural was also wonderful, quick and effective I had a great experience at Unity Health!

As always, it was really good. From the ladies up front to the nurse and on to my doctor, Dr. Green.
I am very impressed with her knowledge and comprehensive manner she has shown while addressing my health issues. She is very easy to talk with and I like her quirky sense of humor.
All in all I am very comfortable every time I'm there.

Honestly could not have had a better experience! We had one single nurse that I could have done without but otherwise everyone was wonderful. This meant alot to me with this being my first child. The nurses, my doctor, the anesthesiologist, they were all wonderful to me and my husband ❤️

I love Unity Health-Newport I have always had excellent care there, I have always got in very quick to have a MRI or Ultrasound and not have to wait over 10 minutes or so. I can’t say enough about my Primary care doctor Dr Rodriguez. She will always set and talk to you and listen to what is wrong with you ever how long it takes. Also if you are ever have a serious problem she will send you to a specialist first thing. she is an Awesome doctor, I give her 5 stars!!!
