It's always a nice place to visit. I mean as far as doctor's offices go. I went here for an MRI and They are so lovely in that office. they treat you with the utmost respect!

Do NOT your kids here if they need orthopedic insoles. They do not know how to order correct sizes from what they are told and the lady has very poor attitude and bedside manner. If you are referred here I highly recommend going somewhere else.

In Searcy, this is the place to go! Dr. Justus was my doctor when I attended Harding and today, he saw my daughter for the first time while she was on FaceTime with me. He is still the same compassionate, caring man he has always been. He is very thorough in his assessment and covered all aspects of her I’ll was well, even comfort with medications. The office staff were amazing scheduling the appointment and gathering insurance information. We just feel blessed to have such a professional and caring facility available while our little girl is there in college. Thank you!

wow. Horrible billing department after calling to have it changed so I could get my bill and look at it, they never send it. Then I get a call from a collection agency to pay. If they would have sent me the bill it would have been taken care of. Horrible place friendly doctors but not worth the headache of their billing. This is also after they told me my insurance covered me even though it did not so I would go somewhere else besides this place.

BILLING POLICY. See them first, and then they will decide later how much of the bill you have to pay. My mother is 76 years old and on SS. They are making her pay $150? Just ridiculous. This policy of get service and then be told how much to pay is ludicrous. You should be ALLOWED to know cost up front!
