Dr. Ramsook gives many options for pain. He’s a physician who cares about his patients and treats you like a person. The receptionist Meagan is friendly and made me feel at home. The office manager, Julie, explained my insurance and gave me a breakdown of my cost, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this office!

I had been to see other doctors about my pain and they could have cared less; but when I started going to United Spine and Pain everything changed. They care, they listen, and they get the job done. When you go....you will sew what I mean!!

The most unprofessional, unrealistic location i have ever encountered. Not prescribing any pain meds, no history of any pain meds and require a urine sample multiple appointments in a row or $75 charge for somehow voluntarily choosing to not cooperate (regardless of their denial of services). Upon request for management to discuss, I was told they are unavailable to talk to me (though they were supposedly consulted for what I was being told.) They never answer the phone when calling the office. They didn't do or have any imaging before providing "care".

Edited to add: Impressive that I get a response via Google, but no one has time to speak with me otherwise. Random implies not every time and I was told they were to "have on file" in case something would conflict with a procedure. Except the one supposedly done immediately prior to a procedure was "insufficient". So it is either necessary or it isn't. Assuming a pain patient who isn't prescribed pain meds has something to hide without anyone but the front desk talking to the patient is bad medicine.

I have been feeling much better now that I am being cared for by him and it is such a relief. I had been to other pain management clinics that made me feel less than human, and this clinic treats you with immense kindness.

Had an amazing experience! Location was very clean and everyone who worked there was extremely professional and efficient. During my interactions with Dr. Ramsook, he patiently educated me about my condition and the options I had. Allowed me to be in charge of my care without pushing any treatment. The plan of care we designed helped exponentially with my pain. I would definitely recommend him for anyone considering a pain management doc.
