The staff was friendly and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze, and the desk attendants were polite and accommodating. Both technicians I saw were upbeat and made sure I was comfortable during my appointments.

The facilities were spotless, and everything ran smoothly. I only had about a five-minute wait after checking in.

The employees in the actual office are super nice and helpful, the “call center” however, disrespectful as hell. I waited 2 times for more than 30 minutes just so they can hang up on me both times. I called the third time, the girl sounded nice but she ended up hanging up on me too. Then later I called a few times and it’s like they were on the other end just waiting for me to call so they can hang up on the first ring. I waited a bit then called again and all of a sudden it was ringing. Extremely unprofessional. I work myself and understand it can get busy but as the call center you would think these employees have communication skills. I would have appreciated an “do you mind trying to call back later cus we’re extremely busy” instead of a “okay hang on” and then wait and then be hung up on.

The facility is clean and well maintained

The reception and check-in staff went above and beyond to assist me with making an appointment.
Obtaining DVD of my study was a simple process. Sign in on the medical records clip board located at the reception desk.

I've called about 4 times this week alone.. called before new years too and waited on hold for over 20 mins and have yet to set my appointment!! Everytime I call the person who transfers me doesn't listen or understand that I'm unable to reach anyone.. this is beyond ridiculous. I'd give no stars if it was possible

I would not recommend this facility. The receptionists leave you on hold for extended periods, only to answer right before closing and inform you that the next available appointment is three months away. Additionally, they insist on using outdated CDs for patient records, making it impossible to fax or email files. Instead, you’re expected to drop off paperwork in person before they’ll even accept your referral. This outdated practice is surprising, especially in a field where modern digital solutions should be standard.

Been coming to this location over 10 years, before UMI came to the location. I love this facility, the quality of service is outstanding. I have never had an issue. The receptionists, techs and staff are always professional, courteous and caring . I am thankful for their amazing work.

Our insurance switched providers and we had to use this company (such a drastic change from the previous company, Radnet, which was efficient and professional)

We had a very difficult time finding a UMI location near us, as well as finding an appointment time that worked b/c they had very limited availabilty.
Once we arrived, 15 minutes early as requested, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our appointment. At no time did the receptionist address us directly to explain, nor apologize, for the wait. In fact, she seemed annoyed I was even asking about the wait. finally we were told it was because the tech was running behind with her appointments, although when I asked her when we finally got in to see her she said she was on schedule.
I was asked if I wanted to reschedule when I inquired about the wait. It took a month to get the appointment and 45 minutes to get to this clinic, we had already invested waiting an hour and 20 minutes so we were stuck waiting for our very late appointment

This is literally the worst location I've been to. You can never get through to anyone to make an appointment. I always have to drive there in person. And when you do manage to get an appointment, it's weeks out... just horrible.
