Ma's (medical assistants) procrastinate on getting things done. Had to repeatedly call for my kids referrals. Dr request things and it never gets done in a timley manner. When he asks the Ma's in the front, They don't document calls as they should. I called to let them know when my daughter had her xray and where. The day of her appt MA called me to ask where it was done. When I had already let them know. Dr. Flores almost overdosed my son. I called to complain call was not documented. Only reason I say "almost over dosed" is because pharmacist caught the mistake and didn't fill the prescription. Dr Flores prescribed the amount for someone who weighs 150 lbs my son is only 75 lbs office manager never called me on the matter. When I asked Dr Gonzales about the matter he let me know my call was never documented all he could see if pharmacy called on dose & I refuse to allow any of my children to see Dr. Flores. Dr Gonzales is a good Dr if all the staff was on his level of care this review would be 5 stars but since I have had several issues with things getting ignored I can't give a better review. Also I called today and was told I would be called back today never got called back just another thing of mine getting ignored. It's pointless to call them. Gustavo is a good MA if he says he will call you back. He always does. Unfortunately he was off today.

Easily the most unprofessional office I have ever walked into. Not to mention the provider I was supposed to see was not in the office, and apparently they called everyone to cancel their appointment. Funny thing is, I literally have 2 voicemails from 4/3 & 4/4 confirming my appointment! I even called the number back to confirm. They tried to reschedule me to 5/7, are you kidding me I already waited a month for this appointment‍♀️‍♀️ Ridiculous, will definitely not be coming back.

Ladies at the front desk very helpful and friendly. I also liked Dr. Bhullar my child was seen with he broke down every detail so i can understand the treatment my son will be having. He was friendly and made my son and my self feel comfortable as well as his assistant Vanessa. This place is clean and new. I look forward to future appointments. Thanks guys!? this is the Hanford Armona in Lemoore office.

Everything from appointment setting to the quality of care from physicians is always great. The ladies in the office are very helpful. The doctors have been very thorough. They are great with children and have been great with me.
