Update: Changed my rating after seeing the DR. She is very attentive and well spoken. Eased my concerns. Although the waiting time was more than 2 hours, I was happy with the service she provided.

This is the second time with same issue,referral or authorizations are never available when needed. I'm talking for miami cancer institute. THIS IS NO GAME . They don't respond to faxes sent by requested physician. And how can you have a call center close at 3:00 PM and not notify the caller,only stay on the line and next available rep will assist you stataway from these people they have no responsibility. THEY SUCK

People who works in this place are really the best I have found in many years in our health system. Not only the doctors, but every person of this staff. I really appreciate their dedication, and also I want to recognize the effort of Angela who prepares the best coffee, with her heart and special nice smile

This medical office is very unprofessional. Went to speak to the receptionist about why it’s taking so long and she proceeds to tell me what other patients are getting done today. That falls under the Hipa act. Which is against the law to give other patients personal information out. I do not recommend this doctors office.

Pésima atención y pésima experiencia con el doctor Alexeiv Pérez. Fuimos a la consulta con el mi mama, mi papá y yo y el clima que se tornó fue bien desagradable. Le propuso a mi mamá que cómo prevención debía hacerse la colonoscopia y ella le dijo que eso no se lo iba hacer y le dijo si usted me dice lo que no se quiera hacer pero relajada. Nunca nadie estuvo alterado porque yo estaba presente y le dijo si usted fuera mi mamá la amarraba y la llevaba para que se la hiciera y es una lástima que usted no me deje educarla. Mi mamá le dijo que usted me está llamando mal educada y le dijo no yo no he dicho eso pero igual si no se quiere atender más conmigo puede hacerlo con la otra doctora que hay aquí. Nunca se le había pedido cambiar de médico. En sintesis una muy mala experiencia. Primera vez que iba a esa clínica y quedé con la peor opinión en cuanto al doctor porque las asistentes y la muchacha del front desk muy amables. Yo le dejé saber al doctor mi pensar y me dijo es una lástima que piense eso

Maravillosa clínica, excelente trato desde la señora que se encarga de la limpieza del lugar hasta la doctora, cada uno de los trabajadores con una sonrisa y un trato maravilloso. Muy recomendable este centro medíco
