I wouldn’t come back to this clinic. There were only about two staff members who were nice; meanwhile, the rest had the attitude that they didn’t want to be there. Dr. Fletcher has been one of the worst doctors I have ever worked with in my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend him or this clinic. The only good thing I can say about this facility is that the wait time is minimal.

Got here 25 minutes before my appointment waited 3 hrs to be seen in the waiting room. Don't waste your time here. Literally. Zero stars.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & INCOMPETENT STAFF: I’m not a patient but I accompanied my mother & younger sibling to this location who are. We showed up for a scheduled appointment & my mother was immediately met with a nasty attitude from one of the ladies behind the front desk window. Someone else from the staff should’ve put this lady in her place or taken over but I guess they’re used to seeing that type of treatment onto patients. If these people don’t like their jobs, which is customer service that requieres frequent face-to-face interactions, why work in this field? Mind you that my mother never said or did anything to provoke this lady besides give her a warm smile. My mother is the type of person to be very friendly but will defend herself if needed. Then apparently the appointment was dismissed due to the doctor’s lack of care for seeing her patient, which was my younger sibling. However, that’s a different case & issue that’s being resolved elsewhere. It’s a shame when there’s awful people like this within the medical field who are supposed to help others. The rude front desk lady (whose name I didn’t get) needs to understand the concept of respect as she clearly lacks it.

The front desk is filled with incompetents. Pharmacy sent 2 faxes for prescription, staff lied and said there was nothing there for me. Pharmacy had confirmation faxes were sent. Long story short the office staff lied. Took a week and a half to get my medication. I wound up in the hospital with a stroke. Front desk has no idea what they're doing. Waits are long in exam room.

Really disappointed place. Checking in 30 minutes before my appointment and 1hr 30 minutes nurse call me to gave me a room. Low service, then wait at the room another 1hr 30 minutes doctor saw me. This clinic thinks people had all day for them.. 😤😤😡

Made an appointment for my son to get his 4 year old vaccinations in the beginning of the month. The receptionist tried giving me an appointment at the beginning of the month. His birthday is the 19th. I knew that the shots needed to be done close to his birthdate. She made the appointment for two days before his birthday. I thought that was ok. After waiting there for an hour, the Dr said that the vaccines need to be done AFTER the birthday. The front desk has no clue what to do. It doesn't take a medical degree to know when to schedule appointments for vaccinations.

Worst clinic ever. I went while I was pregnant I would have huge swollen feet no shoes would fit me I would ask the doctor to run test and she would say it was normal swelling. They told me I was “overweight” and I would constantly tell them I thought it was water weight because I didn’t eat a lot but she would ignore me. I also went multiple times asking to be tested for kidney diabetes etc but she said I didn’t need to because I was “too young to get that” and UTIs would be ignored. I ended up moving to an clinic where your complains are actually heard and I have so many complications that could have been avoided if I was checked when I asked. I would not suggest to go here. If I can give zero stars I would

This is the worst medical clinic I have ever been to. The doctor order some test which I got done and they were supposed to call me when the results came in. They never called me. I called them about a month later to see what was going on, they got the results just never called me. I had high cholesterol and the doctor never called me to talk about treatment or schedule a follow up appointment. Plus some of the receptionists have a bad attitude.
