Well during 2020-2021 around those time maybe earlier I was on IEHP plan for medical-care due to financial issue and job related I went and applied here to get care and physical checkup they did my blood draw there which is great I don’t have to drive to a lot of places I was since then was living in corona with my GF before she passed due to Covid I was seeing this female doctor I don’t know her name by memory she was also my GF primary care physician she was not sooooo professional she’s slouches in attitude wise and she looks like she hates her job she was like a whatever physician she clearly did not understand what’s going with my body and start to prescribing me medication randomly and especially thyroid medication I don’t know why but she says I’ve had hyperthyroidism so that’s why she prescribed me and vitamin D but I was concern and really thinking about but I did go along with it and like ok im going to take the medication since it is prescribed to me by her and then years past I moved to Orange County and got a new physician and not knowing they have all my medical records on their data and knowing what clinics I was going to they saw I was taking hyperthyroidism medication and so they did another blood draw and they said I don’t have hyperthyroidism and I tell the new doctor what!!!!!!!!!!!! So I was cheated and lied to by the physician here in corona clinic and it’s soooooo illegal to prescribe a patient medication they don’t need the new doctor was like your former physician could of killed me and should have her license revoke and prosecuted I was miss diagnosed and prescribe wrong medication that could of killed me but now I know u can’t trust every physician and clinic all they want is money and they will kill you if they have too only if I knew her name I would of reported it to the board of doctors but that’s my story this place is not safe it’s horrible with customer service with the nurses and the physicians

Moved to Texas and new doctor requested my son’s immunization records from this office, where my son was last seen. They didn’t respond to my son’s new doctor’s office or my son’s new daycare. When I called to ask about how to get it, they acted like they were bending over backwards to help by offering to mail it. The mail was never delivered and I ended up going online to get it from the CAIR website which someone in the office could have mentioned. It would have saved us all a lot of time.

My husband and I went there to get out first covid vaccine shots today and the experience has been very smooth. We got the appointment one week after we called in. The waiting time is short. The service is professional and friendly!

Staff has poor communication between themselves. They don't read the papers they make you sign when first enrolling. They have ridiculous wait times with appointments and the doctors don't listen to you and only talk to you for a 5 minutes max. Horrible experience had to switch after my second visit.
