I had the pleasure of touring Unchained Wellness after meeting with Kirk at Physiq Fitness, and I was thoroughly impressed. Kirk was fantastic—he took the time to walk me through all the incredible services they offer, including Theta Chambers, red light therapy, cold plunge, UV therapy, sauna and much more. I also had the opportunity to meet Mason, which made the experience even better. I’m looking forward to setting up a consultation and helping bring greater awareness to the importance of mental and physical health in the Gilbert community. Highly recommend Unchained Wellness!

This place is amazing!!! I’ve been a couple times now and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the Red Light Therapy Bed, Infrared Sauna and Theta Chamber. Can’t wait to try the other available options. However, I wish they were open later during the week and one weekend day. With my work schedule it is difficult for me to make it with their current 9am -5pm hours.

From the second we set foot in the door it was a good experience. The staff was amazing . So fun and kind. My UV treatment was a breeze and I felt instant improvement . My son enjoyed the free first time "whirl" machine for anxiety, ptsd., migraines etc and will also go back for more treatments.

I just started at Unchained this week and already I have felt huge differences in my mental state and body. I came to Unchained hoping to help with some unwanted behavioral problems and mental health. Already after one week I have noticed my sleep improved and my thinking seems clearer. I love the theta bed, it has helped me feel more calm and relaxed then I have in a long time. I believe I am starting to see real change. The staff is amazing and kind. I am very hopeful for the rest of my treatment here, I believe I may find healing that I have been searching for for years

Really welcoming environment. The staff was very friendly and they were able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond by giving me practical advice for my health and nutrition as well. Christina and Michelle were especially helpful and great to talk to. I left feeling euphoric and like I had more energy. I will be coming again and again as my busy schedule permits.

Last year, I was so sick with Covid for three weeks and I just couldn’t kick it. I finally went in and did the hyperbaric chamber and an immunity IV drip. The very next day I began to feel better. I just got sick again and it’s been dragging on for a week so I dragged myself in here because I know it will help me begin the road to recovery much quicker. I’m a believer!
