I TOTALLY understand why this place is getting the poor ratings it’s getting. Before you can make it through the door you’re already receiving bad service. Deidra the receptionist is HORRIBLE! Have absolutely no professional and is very impatient and rude. I asked her three times what her name was before she decided to answer. And I doubt it seriously if she gave me the correct name. I’ve had a bad experience here before which is why I stopped seeing them back in 2021 but I figured since they’re touting “a bigger and better facility” it would actually be better. Nope not as far as customer service is concerned. I’ll see what happens next week and update my review.

Been calling for 3 weeks to get an appointment for my daughter’s radiology results, every phone call gets forwarded to a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. Also voiced concerns of my youngest possibly being autistic and my questions were twisted into something completely unrelated!

I’ve called everyday multiple times for a week to get my sons shot records. No one has called me back and I haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I have had to get a social worker to call for me before just so y’all would put referrals in for my child. Me and my daughter were forgotten in the room for hours before, to the point we just had to leave.

The new location must have made a positive change in the staff. Saw Dr. Cutlip (not sure of the spelling) and he was amazing! Dr. Cordoba is a true gem as well. Definitely look forward to visit here now as the doctors are attentive and caring…as they should be!

I didn't have to wait more than fifteen minutes to see someone before I saw my doctor. I was there for an hour and a half. My doctor got called away shortly after speaking with me, so most of the time was spent waiting in a room in the back. Either way, my issues were addressed and a couple previous ones were solved. So I was happier with the process this time.

I would not recommend this facility. My elderly mother tried this clinic and they are horrible at following up and doing what they say they will do. After a Dr appt and 2 more phone calls (and Mom with a 101 fever and weak) they finally said they would call in an antibiotic so we make the 30 minute trip to the pharmacy but no call in from the Dr so then we call the office again and leave a message asking why they haven’t called in the prescription and to this day they’ve not responded. Needless to say we will be finding another Dr that actually cares about their patients - if that’s even possible these days

My GP had moved on to their next adventure, and I was assigned another (totally fine, of course.) I went for my first appt and that MD had had a last minute emergency and wasn't in, so I saw their newest MD at the clinic, Dr. DeViney. WOW am I glad the stars aligned so that I ended up in a room with her. She is fantastic. She's down to earth, obviously a genius, listened to everything I voiced and helped me with everything I needed. I am happy to say she is now my GP and I'm exceptionally grateful. I am sure the other MDs are wonderful, but I very much feel that Dr. DeViney is the right doctor for me.
