Disgusting and unprofessional. I’ll be reporting the clinic to the department of health. They called me less than hour ago while im working i call back and NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING including who called me and why. The manager is more interested in cutting people off as they speak rather than trying to help. This is exactly why black women dont get the medical help that we need. A disgrace and sick individual. Im so glad I have connections to the department of health because this place needs to be restaffed immediately

I was referred here by my friend who says the staff and doctors are amazing. They canceled my appointment due to an emergency with the doctor but I completely appreciate the effort of the staff made to accommodate me. They gave me multiple options to reschedule and tried their best to work with me and I appreciate their genuine effort. At the end of the day, this is a free clinic and all their services are provided to me without cost. Not appreciating the free services is being ungrateful.

I visited on 3/6/2017...I was a bit anxious, I've seen TV shows poke fun at community clinics. They were portrayed as last resorts, with loud, impatient, and rude patients in a dirty, unkempt seating area.

Not here. I was greeted by a really nice nurse who doubles as a receptionist (if she doesn't greet you, don't be offended, they are all really busy). It was a clean waiting area with quiet patients. She had me fill out a few forms and from there it was a bit of a wait. Be prepared for that. They are volunteers and as I stated are working hard doing multiple jobs to keep things moving so please be understanding. When I got taken in, they were very attentive and caring of my issues and diagnosed me quickly. I felt at ease with every one staffed there, not to mention its kept rather clean, too! Anyway, I'm so elated with my visit, its affordable for those without insurance 🙂

I'm so grateful for this clinic! They're taking care of both my son's including general health and vision. Their staff is friendly, accommodating, and inviting. They don't make you feel inferior just cause you're unable to pay (they're a free clinic). They're doctors and physicians in training are attentive, gentle and patient-centric. I have nothing but praise for this organization and pray that Allah, SWT, bless you all to the highest measure! You are an asset and blessing in this community! Thank you!!

This place is a godsend for people who cannot afford health insurance. I have been able to keep my mom up to date on her health checks, necessary prescriptions. Nice and friendly staff. Sometimes it's extremely busy so it will take them a while to help you. It's free so complaining is just a waist of your energy. Please call ahead and make an appointment. Please donate whatever you can in the donation box. This is a non profit clinic. People here are taking time out of their schedule to volunteer so please respect the staff.
