I was invoiced at the time of my visit 450.00 for a yellow fever vaccine and consultation, they also deducted a discount of 180.00 leaving a balance 270.00 which I paid at the time of my visit. I have just received a stamens which list new charges 528.01 deducting what I paid leaving a balance of 258.00. So I called and spoke with Joyce in billing who was rude and very condescending. I was told the invoice would be sent for review. So now they are trying to get an additional 258.00 for services not received.
