Had an amazing experience delivering here. Our room was lovely and huge. Our nurses were so kind and not pushy at all. Respected our wishes throughout the entire process. Two of our nurses stayed hours after their shift ended to be with us when I delivered my baby. They also came and visited us at their next shift. The midwife on call wasn’t around much maybe checked on me twice but when the time came to deliver she was amazing. I will definitely be delivering all my babies here. I also loved having the option of being able to Labor in the bathtub that was provided in the room.

I was pregnant and I began spotting and cramping. I called and told a nurse what was going on and I was told that I could not be seen that day. I had appointment in 2 weeks and I asked if my appointment could be moved up. They said that they would call me back. I left 2 messages with nurses and I never received a call back. I ended up going to a different doctor who did an ultrasound and told me I was having a miscarriage. The fact that UF north would not help me and I had to see a different doctor is ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend going here.

After reading reviews, I went with another office for my first pregnancy.. but decided to try UF this time around and honestly it has been a really great experience. I am glad I transferred here!

I have been trying to get my prescription filled for the past two weeks, but it still has not been processed. Every time I call, I am told that it is being taken care of or added to my chart, yet there has been no progress. This delay is extremely frustrating and affecting my care.

I recently had a baby at UF North after receiving all of my prenatal care at this clinic. All of the front desk staff on both sides of the clinic were super friendly and accommodating of my older two toddlers at all of my appointments. They went through a remodel on one side of the clinic during my pregnancy which added a lot of extra strain on the other clinic in the meantime, but the front desk staff were still able to accommodate us at reasonable appointment times despite this hurdle. All of the nurse midwives that I saw were super friendly with the exception of 1 of them who was a bit condescending and rude, but it’s nice that I only had to deal with that lady one time and never saw her again. You see a different midwife at almost every appointment so you can get to know them all because you don’t know who will be on call when it’s time to deliver your baby. The midwife who delivered my son was super friendly and very skilled at what she does. The nurses and doctors in L&D were all great, the food was good, and the hospital room was very spacious. Overall I’m very satisfied with my pregnancy and delivery experience at UF North and would recommend them in the future to any low risk pregnant woman seeking good prenatal care.

Don't waste your time coming into this office. Worst experience ever. Their wait time on the phone is “greater than 10 minutes” every single time I call (red flag number one). I filled out the medical record release form 2 months ago, a month later I called their office to check if they got my medical record from my last OBGYN, and told me they didn't even have that form in my chart (red flag number two). I went into the office and filled out another form. I still don't have the medical records. Now I'm 9 weeks pregnant and they only now tell me I need a referral from my PCP to be seen! Come on people, I've been to your office 3 times and talked on the phone with you multiple times. I still haven't had my first prenatal ultrasound because I wasted my time with them! Horrible organization. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your time and your insurance money on them!

I transferred here from another clinic when I was pregnant with my first and it was the best decision! I've had two babies since and I still come here to see Lindsey Pearson although it's a pretty long drive for me. I am just not ready to switch to another provider. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous facility, and loved the OB staff. It's quite far from where I live now, but I'm returning for prenatal care with Baby #2! I also love that I can access all of my doctors visits, labs, phone calls, etc. from the UF Health MyCharts patient portal. Transparency and convenience is key for me!
