Lack of communication with the staff there. Insanely unprofessional to cancel an appointment and not notify the patient of doing so. Also recommend to look through charts to verify that if a Dr does in fact need to cancel, should verify patient information on why they had that appointment and make sure that a prescription isn't needing a refill/follow up appointment on a brand new medication. This is how you ensure the safety and health of your patients and be known as a great facility. Recommend taking this information and applying it.

Wife came to this facility for rehab related to headaches. She was told up front the appointments were 400.00. They only did a partial session due to staffing shortages and printed off a portion of the internet for stretches and sent her home. Five months later she has a bill for 870.00. Billing was no help. Wont be using UF in the future

Everyone that works there are pleasant and professional. Mamo- Yes they do squish the boobs, but no bruising or severe pain. X-ray of knee. She took the pictures and did not force my knee to straighten when it wouldn't.

God help you if you have important prescriptions. They are so slow and unorganized. I usually have to request a refill on average 18 times, and I have to leave a nasty comment (after being nice the first 17 times) before someone responds.
On average, I run out of my medicine for about 1 month before the pharmacy contacts me to tell me they finally got the prescriptions. Everything is done through the website. If you call them and ask a question make sure to watch the website for a reply because this is all automated and the person at the front desk is just a bouncer and is no help at all.
They will respond to your phone calls through the website only. This is the 1st primary care doctor's office that reminds you that you are only a number and all they want is your money, I'd be OK with that if they at least did their jobs correctly.
If you have any alternatives (a guy on the street corner in a cardboard box), you would likely receive better service.
This place has made my health worse. I cannot keep going on missing my prescriptions. There is no other options in this area so I am going to start looking for a place up to 2 hours away. I would rather have a 4 hour round trip than to deal with this place. Take the other reviews on here seriously and avoid the frustration.

My primary care office referred me to Wildlight for an MRI. After 2 days of calling and transfers and more holding time, they claim they know nothing of a referral. If that's the case, alright, but I trust my primary and don't appreciate at all the time put on hold, being cut off, and the absolutely unhelpful attitude. Medicare is not free, and I am not a beggar looking for something free. Most of my other experiences would have been the providers calling my primary to resolve my problems Baptist is much better and emphatic

I am not a huge reviewer but today I called to enquire about either confirming an appointment or making an appointment as I was completely confused with my insurance Plan PCP and the my insurance company’s policy specifications and MS. Lucinda who thank God answered the phone promptly with the patience of a Saint.

Lucinda listened to each and every single concern I had, reassured me that my next appointment tomorrow although at the Callahan location ( heartbreaking as. I really loved this location the most, due to the top of the line treatment I’ve received over the years) she made sure I was at ease and assured me that my update the Callahan office required of me updating the PCP through my insurance last Friday has showed through on her end and even gave me a tip on what to bring to ensure that my appointment goes through without a hitch tomorrow.

Lucinda is not your typical Office Manager/Receptionist she goes way above and beyond what’s expected and does so with the upmost grace , patience and the upmost respect of each of her patients concerns and doesn’t make us feel like we are being rushed or a burden.

Thank you so much Ms. Lucinda! I’m sending this to your upper management in UFHEALTH. The corporate leadership will be happy to hear from their patients and the leadership and potential you have to move up and I pray that you can get that promotion you so deserve. You truly are a star ⭐️

They'll bill your insurance incorrectly and NEVER return your call. Asked for a supervisor multiple times. I was charged over $1000 for a pcp visit and labs that should have all been covered by my insurance. They billed everything under the incorrect location and expect me to foot the bill. It's been a nightmare. Stay away from this place.
