I sprained my ankle and came here to have it looked at. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The facility is immaculate. I was seen very quickly and had x-rays, etc. When the walking boot didn't work for me, they were very patient and gave me other options. I was very pleased with the level of service!

We were in and out at urgent care for my almost one year old! The nurses and doctors were amazing and so kind to him. Holly at the reception desk was so helpful and sent us home with a handwritten note. She included a birthday message for my almost birthday boy and made our visit very enjoyable despite the circumstances. We will only use UF health urgent care from here on out! It is a quick drive from St. Marys! We cant say enough good things about this urgent care. Thank you again to Holly, the nurses and doctors!

Had to visit Urgent Care because I had a swollen ankle. The wait time was only about 15 minutes before I was seen. The Staff is professional and friendly. Dr.Luis Rios and his Nurse were very kind. XRays only took 5 minutes. I left with a walking boot, but no broke bones. Overall good experience. Good medical team. This facility is new, nice and clean.

Took my elderly mother, since she had been ill for three days. Making an online appt was a breeze, check in was quick and easy. We were seen within 10 minutes of getting there. The staff was fantastic, knowledgeable and compassionate. The doctor was quick to order tests and IV hydration. Got her feeling better when we left. We will be using this facility again. It has everything you need to get treated for urgent care. No other Urgent Care in Yulee, has available in house, labs, radiology and more. Appreciate the cleanliness too!

Went in to have my foot/ankle looked at, check in staff was extremely friendly and I was called back promptly. I had my grandson with me and the nurses were super friendly and sweet with him and me. One of the nurses actually took the time to stitch up his stuffed Pikachu toy because his ear was falling off, another nurse brought him in some stickers and the X-ray tech allowed him to sit with her and showed him the images of my foot when she took them! The nurse took the time to show me how to properly put on the boot I was given and everyone was all smiles as we left the clinic. Awesome staff, first time I actually enjoyed going to a walk-in clinic/urgent care and everyone truly seemed to love their jobs!

We were coming back from vacation when my son started running a high fever. This location was recommended by my sister-in-law who is local. The physician and entire staff were just wonderful. Holly, at the front desk, especially went out of her way and treated us with such kindness. Grateful for the care we received and would definitely recommend!

Tonight my child woke up from a nap with a 103.6 fever so I immediately headed to this urgent care since it’s the closest to us. We got there at 7:15pm when they close at 7:30pm. I apologized right away when we walked in but the woman at the front desk gave me a death glare and had a horrible attitude when asking me questions. She then went behind the door for two seconds saying she was going to “check with the doctor” and comes back with a big smile on her face, almost laughing, to tell us they can’t help. I get that no one wants to stay at work late on a Friday (trust me, did it MANY times myself- that’s part of working in healthcare) but that’s no excuse to be rude to a stressed out mom with a sick kid. It also doesn’t take that long to take a swab and run a flu test. Change your hours if you’re going to turn people away before you close and hire employees that actually treat people with respect. A little compassion goes a long way.
