Had a great experience. The wait was about what you would expect for an urgent care. The lady at check in was very nice.

I was seen by Jaclyn Wagner, PA, and she was very sweet. She actually listened to my concerns and gave me some great advice on things I can do at home instead of just pushing medicine on me.

Will recommend this urgent care to everyone!

Under new Company as of October . Takes Tricare, very helpful, friendly, took 2 hours with 8 patients in front of me, so that makes sense if each is 15-20 min. Check with what insurance you have before you go. Clean, very new looking. Reception was SO patient with lots of people.

Zero star for me!

Today, 12/2/23 I arrived at this location at exactly 8am. I checked in, sat and waited while 4 others checked in and called in. I asked the front desk why I was being skipped but in fact I was the first one here. She said because she couldn’t put everyone in for 8am. Races The 4 people who came in after me and called in to be seen were all white. Cmon, you’re too obvious!

Today my son had an accident at school on the playground. He had a decent laceration, and he’s only 4. The staff took that all into account and saw him right away. The PA, George Jones, was very friendly, professional and knows his stuff. I wish I had gotten the blonde nurses name, but she was so sweet and helpful. I felt like I was on the verge of a mental breakdown because I had my baby in there with me crying on top of this all, and the nurse reassured me and made me feel at peace. The PA placed a staple on my son’s head and closed the laceration. Everything went so smooth, I couldn’t have asked for better care! Thank you all I really appreciate it!!!

Extremely rude receptionist. I came in about 5 o clock Sunday and they couldn't help me with what I needed, which was fine, but she was clearly agitated with me not knowing that. I'll drive out of my way just so I won't be treated so badly when I walk through the door. I won't waste my time emailing the owner when they respond to my comment with their automated "please email us blah blah blah we are concerned" reply because they obviously don't do anything about the problem, considering there's numerous complaints about the front desk.

The most worthless, urgent care in the history of all urgent cares. The only thing they are able to treat is a mild sniffle do not ever go here. I have given them multiple chances to prove differently, and they have failed me every time.

It’s difficult to find the exact words to share the awful experience I had here. If I could leave less than one star, I would. Approximately a month ago, I visited this urgent care to get treatment for a callous on my foot that was unlike any I had before. After almost two hours of waiting, the doctor finally saw me. He interrupted me multiple times as I tried talking and asking questions to tell me he had no idea what was on my foot. After telling me multiple times he had no idea what it was and barely even looking at it, he proceeded to tell me “that is a callous that has melanoma in it. You need to see a dermatologist. Do you know what melanoma is? It’s a very serious skin cancer.”

So, after no diagnostic testing whatsoever, I am not only being told I have cancer, the concept of cancer is being mansplained to me. Shocked, I could only stare at him. He seemed dissatisfied with my shock, and kept asking what I expected from him. I very calmly told him that I do not have a medical degree, but that he was not providing much help. He became forceful in telling me that I needed to see a dermatologist for my melanoma. At that point, I calmly stood so that I may leave. When I did this, the doctor threw his hands in the air, forcefully swung the door open, and yelled “you want to leave? THERE’S the door!” I should not have to explain why any of this was inappropriate. 🙂

After seeing these other dissatisfied Google Reviews, I emailed the address provided in other responses. I never received a reply. Now, I am receiving a bill for this date of service. I had to call the biller directly to resolve an insurance issue. That phone call was an entirely separate train wreck, so much so that I never even got to ask this vital question: how exactly do you justify charging someone for that “service”? Absolutely no service or healthcare was provided. Whatever treatment code Flagler provided/will provide to my insurance obviously does not capture what actually happened at this appointment. If I am going to be billed for this “service,” then I would love to see the “provider’s” notes justifying charging me money for this disrespect.

All in all though, I expect nothing less from Flagler. UF has made a horrible purchase it seems.

1 star. Sit around and wait for over an hour even though the lobby is empty. Find out they might not be able to complete required services until the next day, but if we come back....we won't have to wait at all. Definitely not an urgent care and their name is false. Looks like their shift change is at 1700 and even if you are here before 1600, they don't have any interest in seeing you.
