Second Time I’ve schedule appointments for my family weeks out & they call the day before and cancel cause my insurance isn’t right. Call back to fix it cause the girl just HANGS UP . & “they don’t see a problem but it will be a month out before we can schedule you again “ they need to hire real appointment scheduling with training . Not children. Uf Heath , get it together.

My mother n law goes here every month I've never had a problem with the office staff thay r very nice.. and her doctor is nice as well wait time is kinda long.. but other than that it's ok.the only problem is when she needs labs done most of the time I have to come all the way back the next day because the labs are already closed..

Today my daughter with a disability had an appointment on the 5th floor with her primary medical doctor. I attended the appointment when I checked in, the person at the front desk tells me that she can't see my daughter in a bad way, I ask her what the problem is and it is that the insurance did not update the doctor in the system I had already taken the steps but the insurance ignored it I called the insurance they sent a fax after a few minutes the problem is solved to all this the lack of empathy for
disabled patients who get nervous because they do not understand the
document processing and because they are treated badly, they should better educate the
personal of
how to treat
the others because a document is resolved but the emotional damage Not

I have never been more disgusted with a medical facility. The lack of common curtiousy for the patients time is beyond me. I came 30 minutes and 2 1/2 hours later. Not one staff person has made an effort to acknowledge me or my appointment time. One patient had left. One who came in after me has been called back.... I however can not get my medicine without being seen. I will not only be writing on here I think I will write a letter to the CEO next maybe that will warrant some damn RESPECT!!!!!

Total Care is what is lacking at this location receptionist are quick to transfer you somewhere else without providing a sliver of help. I needed a neurology appointment and was bounced back and forth just to end up on the phone with the same woman that I started the call with in the first place. A total lack of care, a total waste of 30 mins of my life to schedule an appointment.....

I have no idea how the health care here is. That’s because I can’t get in to see anyone. I’m leaving shortly and making an appointment elsewhere. I simply don’t have the time available to wait 2 plus hours past my appointment time to be seen. They really need to schedule better. Adding to that the building is darn near impossible to get to because of road construction and the condition of the building is pretty gross, I couldn’t possibly recommend this place to anyone.

I really like coming to this clinic but the wait time is very bad. I hope to God they can Improve on that long wait time. I always be on time for my appointments. Once Im called back to a room I sit there for a while before Im seen. Please lets do better. God Bless.
