Dr. Katmeh is the best Doctor I have ever had. He truly cares about his patients. I usually dread going to the doctors office, but him and his staff are, some of the kindest most genuine people I have ever met. I usually never leave reviews on any sites, but I wanted to because of how well I have been taking care of. Thank you everyone. I really appreciate you guys!

Don’t bother calling if you’re a possible new patient. Not taking new patients even though website says they are. Woman who answered the phone was very snippy and short. Sad thing is that this practice is the ONLY doctor’s office in st. Augustine that takes my Florida Blue plan. What does a person do who wants to stay up to date on their health and get labs?

Unfortunately, I find myself in the awkward position of posting a not so positive review of this medical practice. That being said, I really do like Dr. Bass. She was kind to me and helped me to identify some medical issues that I've been experiencing. Her office staff, on the other hand, not so much. I had an outstanding balance owed to the practice that was forwarded DIRECTLY TO COLLECTIONS!!!! I received ZERO notification from their office - no email, no phone calls, no text messages, no voicemails. I am giving this practice two stars (I would give only 1, but I appreciate Dr. Bass). I would think twice about selecting this practice as your primary care provider.

UPDATE: 7/28/23
I started to see a decline in calls until about 2 weeks ago when I again started receiving multiple, daily call from insurance carriers, patients, and pharmacies. A caller generously offered that she was given my phone number from 'Anna' at this office. I spoke to Anna today and, rather than apologize and correct their years of shortcomings, she had the nerve to suggest that I change my phone number. She also tried to blame the mistake on their "elderly patients" misdialing my number instead. My previous efforts to rectified this have not been successful and, at this point, I am definitely not the person you want fielding calls for your office because I literally could not have a lower opinion of the staff at this facility. I will start providing the number to a competitor for patients who call me.

I have never been a patient of this office and never will because my experience with their office staff and management has been frustrating. For over 2 years, patients, insurance carriers, pharmacies, providers, and other individuals have been calling my personal cell phone because this office transmitted my number multiple times. Albeit, our numbers are nearly identical, I have begged this office to rectify this error for almost 2 years. I've even contacted the insurance providers to fix it in their system. I used to direct the callers to the correct number but the office has shown no effort in fixing their error. I get over 6 calls a day and I'm sick of it. If I were you, I'd use a provider with competent management.

I had to wait a bit to get a spot with Dr. Kimberly Elliott... and she was 110% worth the wait. She truly listened to every one of my symptoms and concerns and ordered every test she could to get to the bottom of my problem. I had been brushed off so often in the past as I am seemingly young and healthy. Turns out I have malignant melanoma. Her listening may have saved my life. The whole staff was fantastic as well. Thank you all, I am glad you're my team!

I love my physician at Flagler and I have had positive experiences at the hospital! With St. John County's population explosion, staff at Flagler Hospital and in the doctor's offices are hustling to keep up with the need. It will be helpful when the new hospitals are up and running.

My husband needs monthly INR readings due to the blood thinner he takes. He was sent away today without a test because ‘the’ machine to do this is not working. No phone call to prevent a wasted trip, no backup machine, no estimate as to when a reading might be possible. Worse, no reading. I hope his level is satisfactory.

It took me several different doctor visits to find the right one for me. Dr Bass was delightful, caring and gave mer recommendations to improve my diet and health. Office staff is very friendly and courteous
