I’m so glad I found Dr Harris he is amazing. When he left palatka I was devastated. He is so caring and knowledgeable about anything and everything I ask him . He is not demanding at all. Thank you so much Dr Harris.

Harris is the worst “Doctor,” I’ve ever been to. I have never been spoken to more discourteously or disrespectfully by a doctor in my life. I came to establish primary care, which I won’t now because of his insult towards me and lack of actual provision of care. In the first 30 seconds of walking in the door he said he would not prescribe the monthly medicines that I have been taking for several years now, said I don’t need them with zero consult as to why I need them or what my condition is, accused me of just going to doctors who say yes, uses politics as part of his judgment, and said that I wasted my time coming indicating that he doesn’t even respect I took time off work for the appointment. He didn’t even ask me about my back pain which was part of my reason of coming in the first place. I spoke respectfully and asked for his reasoning, which he did not provide. The only treatment I received was essentially being called stupid for coming in the first place. I want somebody with UF and Flagler Health to reach out to me about this absolutely horrible experience and demand some sort of managerial oversight into Harris’s abhorrent and rude behavior towards me.

So the doctor here has always been great. In recent months there are huge communication issues have arose for me at this office. There was some mix up, ON MY PART about a recent appt. I called and left a message on 10/2 and 10/3 they LEFT A MESSAGE AS I WAS IN AN AREA I COULD NOT RECEIVE CALLS. I just got back in town and called to clear up the confusion. Kimber was rude rude rude. Said she spoke to me and had it written down she did when she actually left a message. This is my issue. Incorrect documentation keeps occurring, my messages get passed on with 100% inaccuracy, rarely do my calls get answered in a timely manner and I have begun to feel like this office is a risk to my health so I am going elsewhere.

It occurred to me that I need to do a long-overdue edit. Dr Krajewski and her staff are AWESOME! I experienced a hiccup in my initial visit (probably a couple years ago at this point). Every visit since then has been excellent. Dr. Krajewski listens to my concerns about my health and she is very thorough in her recommendations and management of my care. I feel like i am listened to and in good hands. Wait time is never long, all other staff have always been awesome as well, and when I need something and call, I am always able to speak directly to Kim. I appreciate the personal connection in my general physician's office. Lesson to self: don't pass judgment too hastily. Five solid stars!

I love treaty oaks most definitely a positive vibe, it’s the most relaxing office I’ve ever been in. I love the staff and everything they do Dr.K is an awesome doctor to have.
