10/10!! Recently relocated to Newberry and was hesitant about finding a new doctor for all my kiddos.

This office didn't disappoint on my visit today with my son.
From beginning to end it was a delight of an experience for me and my son. From the FOH staff, BOH the nurses were angels. Our visit with Dr. Elyse Chaviano was fantastic!! She was able to establish a care plan for my son and was very efficient with all of our needs.
Thank you again for making such a great impact on our first visit can't wait for my two upcoming appointments with my other two children.

The receptionists are always so friendly. We’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. All of the nurses seem great. We usually have the same nurse each visit (Sandra) and she is amazing! And we LOVE Dr.Kelly! She truly cares about her patients and you can tell! Definitely recommend them! Everyone is great.

Dr. Posa is the BEST pediatrician!! She is intelligent, compassionate, kind, responsive and extremely thorough. We drive from St. Augustine to see her because we just adore her. She genuinely cares for her patients, takes time to answer all questions. We are so lucky to have her as our children’s pediatrician. I would highly recommend Dr. Copeland as well! She specializes in lactation and is highly skilled and responsive. She has helped me tremendously with nursing and shared her knowledge to helps us work through many challenges. The staff is kind and welcoming! Thanks for the great care!!

Wonderful competent doctors. The one big frustration is you can't call them. You have to call a central command center not within the office who will then attempt to get ahold of the office itself. I've had this happen a few times where I need an answer yet I'm placed on hold several times only to have the call center person tell me they were unable to reach the office or they give me a message from them and then if I have a question....get put on hold again...they have to call the office again. It's too many steps and too many people to pass through. Why can't they just allow you to call the office like most other pediatric practices. That makes it so much easier and faster for the parents especially when you have a semi urgent need to speak with someone. Ended up just showing up in the office today unannounced after being placed on hold 3x and then 15 min later being told they couldn't get ahold of anyone. Again the docs are wonderful! Just please get rid of the call center. It feels like I'm calling an airline or credit card company and is SO frustrating.
