I had a great experience at Flagler Hospital when delivering our baby. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, and the hospital staff was incredibly supportive. The nurses were especially amazing—they were professional, caring, and always available to help, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Even though we didn't have any complications and didn’t need to interact with my doctor much, the care we received from the nursing team was outstanding.

The hospital was clean, with modern facilities, and everything seemed well organized. The labor and delivery rooms were spacious and designed to make the process as easy as possible. My partner and I felt supported at every step, and the hospital staff communicated clearly, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was the cost. While the care was excellent, Flagler Hospital is definitely on the pricier side. If you don’t have good insurance, be prepared for a hefty bill. Despite this, the quality of care made it worth it. If you're delivering here, I would recommend making sure your insurance is in good standing, as it can get expensive quickly. Overall, a positive experience and a hospital I would recommend for childbirth!

My outpatient surgery was a wonderful experience. From the time. I walked in the door until the time they took me out in the wheelchair to go home. At Outpatient, check-in I was greeted by smiling friendly faces who answered any questions that I had. The outpatient surgery preparation team, I can't say enough nice things about them. They truly made me feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. By the time I was on my way to surgery. I felt like I had known everyone for a long time. Five stars to the entire outpatient surgery team. They are fabulous!!

Absolutely fantastic experience during my latest hospital visit. From the people at the front desk to the entire nursing staff, everybody was simply amazing!! I really appreciate the level of care and effort provided by everyone. You turned a difficult process into a tolerable procedure. I am so glad that we have such a wonderful staff at our hospital.

Spent an unexpected eight days at this hospital. The nursing staff was incredible. Especially nurse, Julie and Rute. The aids were wonderful and very attentive place was super clean would recommend to anybody. Registration coordinator Shakerria Hancock was amazing. She should be teaching a class in Customer Service. She was so good.

My husband was taken to the emergency room after passing out at home. He was quickly diagnosed and care began. He was admitted and on IVs for approximately 12 hours. There were many tests. All that was good. I wish they had cleaned him up. I have a question about his bill. The billing office is not returning my calls. It has been 3 weeks.

Night and day doffernce between Flagler and UF Health Flagler. Went in and was treated via emergency room. Dr. Long was great. The nurses Josh, Kathryn and others were kind, patient and caring. No actual CATS in the CT scan area, a little disappointing (😏) 4 hours total got me feeling better, meds and cut loose. Thank you to all that I interacted with and do not mention. Please keep up the good work.

I received the BEST care at the ER. I went in (11:30 am) with right side pain, and other symptoms, the team got me to a bed immediately, the doctor came in a short time afterwards, asked some questions and ordered some tests. After about an hour, I went back for a CT scan that revealed my appendix was the issue. By 1:30, the surgeon had been contacted, he listen to all my concerns and implemented things to make me feel comfortable and confident with the procedure and recovery. I was wheeled back by 4:30 for surgery. During that time, the team came in asking questions, taking more blood, and getting my pain under control. After hearing bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent care, but maybe that was before becoming part of the UF family.

We were there for 8 hours and constantly had to ask for help. After being there for 8 hours my wife had to take all her ekg stickers off by herself with no help from staff. After she was told they couldn’t help her. She needed to follow up with her own doctor. They did not give her any pain medication. She was in pain!!!! It was crazy seeing a lot of staff members going back and forth and no one stop to ask her if she needed anything. Poor service throughout the hospital.
